This company was hired by my property management company to replace our dishwasher, stove top,…read moremicrowave and oven. They went above and beyond to install everything just right, and I could not be happier. We even had to hire an electrician to upgrade the electrical outlets in the kitchen, and they were able to coincide appointments just right. In addition, the dishwasher, since it is recycled, had a part that needed replacing. It took a while for the part to arrive due to the Covid-19 situation, but the part finally arrived from WA. Josh, the repair technician, came to replace the part, worked diligently to resolve it ASAP, and then it worked just right. Other than the dishwasher, all the other appliances have worked just fine. Now since the dishwasher just had a part replaced, it has been acting up again, so I had to call again for another repair appointment. I'm confident that it will get resolved as they have been great since the beginning. Thank you for the wonderful service and the ongoing support.

I paid for it 4 hours ago, had to come back and now I'm waiting... part of my order just came out... more waiting to get the rest. Well, more came out... waiting for rest but at least this guy that just came out took responsibility and said that normally he tries to have things ready ahead of time... maybe I'm just lucky but, punctuality really matters to me... it's a pet peeve of mine! you don't respect my time so in my opinion you don't respect me or my business. Sad! I was taught that if you are right on time, you are actually late! So no, not impressed!

I got one call and was told they would come out the next day and meet with me... never came, never rescheduled! Called back and was told " we are looking at the tapes from the truck and we will get back to u"! Never heard back!! Reached back out and was told " we revised the tapes and it wasn't our truck.. sorry for the bad news"!! I'm a recent transplant to Star from Orange County, CA, where I also had Republic for our waste…read moremanagement. I had some issues with Republic there, however, I have been pleased so far with my experience with Republic here in ID. They have picked up in a timely fashion and I've had no issues. Recently, I elected to switch out my 65 gal containers for 95 gal containers, especially since they only pick up recycling every other week. The person I spoke to asked my birthdate and it turns out I qualify for a senior discount. For the large containers, my bill goes up only $3 a month. My only complaint is that the customer service agent that I first signed up with didn't offer me a senior discount. They delivered my new, 95 gal containers as scheduled and took my 65 gal regular trash container. I will place my recycling out next week and they are supposed to take that container. All in all, I have had a good experience with Republic.
