Wish I could give negative stars! If you use this company you truly only have yourself to blame. If you enjoy being ripped off, then please use this company. I have learned from a reputable tow company that this company has a reputation of charging fees they are not allowed to. This company towed my car following an accident, without any agreement on the tow, they just left, no card, no information absolutely nothing. And then failed to contact me and tell me where they had my car, what they were charging me or what they continued to charge me. Silly me for assuming they would speak to me before leaving with my car! They towed my car less than a 5 minute drive down the road, yet charged me 350 dollars. When I asked the owner why their company did not provide information at the scene of the accident or information about the tow his response was, oh they get busy. When I asked about the exorbitant fees, other companies told me they would have charged less than a 100 dollars, his response was, well this is a big company. Wow, so much consideration for the person who was in the accident, so much consideration for anything except getting as much money out of you in an already bad situation as they can. I noticed on their website that their "great" reviews are all marked "anonymous". Makes one wonder who wrote them. Because anyone with half a brain does not enjoy being taken advantage of. Also they move the cars around in their lot with a forklift. So if your car is not already damaged enough, they can take care of this for you. Unbelievable they can live with themselves. I see a lot of 1 star reviews on this site. Seems to be a more realistic take on this place. read more

WOW! Just WOW!!! Such WONDERFUL CARE & SERVICE!!! We needed to get our partially restored Vintage Toyota Supra to Eden Customs, LLC (AWESOME crew there, too, by the way). We asked for tow company recommendations and Eddie's Towing got super high praise. A 1985 Toyota Sportscar isn't exactly replaceable, so the load on and off the flatbed had to be very carefully done. We also had multiple appts ourselves that day, so the pickup appointment time we scheduled was the time we really needed. Eddie's Towing TOTALLY came through for us!!! On EVERY count!!! Our pro, Taylor, was right on time and so gracious and knowledgeable about managing a collector car tow; he demonstrated a sincere commitment to protecting our investment. Taylor managed to quickly and safely maneuver the Supra from our shop onto his truck's tow platform (and on a steep-hill driveway, no less)! He made sure that the car was secured and then was able to get the second (vintage/OEM) Toyota engine safely loaded from our engine hoist to the blocks he'd arranged on the back of the flatbed, then strapped that down super securely, too. Taylor made sure the whole job--start to finish--was absolutely PERFECT! Towing can be stressful even if it is a planned transport (not a breakdown or accident) and now we know that Eddie's Towing is our FIRST and ONLY choice if we're making the call! Finally, the price was super reasonable given the special circumstances (rare car & extra engine) and they were considerate with our time, too. I broke down in my 25-foot RV a couple miles from Patagonia State Park near Nogales, MX. I called AAA. The only tow truck they could get to come get me was from Marana, 2 hours away. The office gal that called me took all my info and details, assuring me that everything would be ok, Unlike the AAA affiliates. I have to say the driver, Ray, was exceptional, courteous and professional. I am a single, 65-year-old woman. Considering the size of the truck, an absolute road hazard. You'd think the driver would follow traffic laws and courtesies considering the company name is on the truck for everyone to see. Called AAA to get our minivan towed to the Honda dealer (dead alternator) and Eddie's towing did the work. They arrived promptly, and the driver was very courteous. We got the van loaded up, I gave him the paperwork for the dealer service, and off our van went. We were contacted by their office just a few minutes later to get credit card info for our copay, and got that taken care of quickly. We were notified by AAA of the drop off of our vehicle without incident. Overall, very good service for what is typically an unpleasant situation. My car broke down literally down the street from their office, which is the only reason I called them. I called and the quote I was given was reasonable. When the driver showed, he told me the price was actually going to be more then $100 than the original price. He said they gave me a quote for the wrong address, (which seems to be a theme with this place). Did they bother to call and let me know before the driver got there? Of course not. Paying over $100 to go 10 miles further is ridiculous, but what could I do? I was panicked, stressed and stranded. I called someone to come get me because I didn't know I could've gone with the driver. My bad.. I didn't think to ask. So I get home ahead of the driver, and when he got there, all he could talk about was the benefits of AAA. While I appreciate the suggestion, this felt like a full on sales pitch. I wondered what was in it for him since he was pushing it harder than my cats begging for catnip. Placed a call through AAA, told I had "Priority" status and Eddie's Towing would be there in about 45 minutes. During repeated calls to AAA asking for an update I was told Eddie's had reported "tow completed", but they hadn't shown up and finally did so over two hours after the initial call. I had a trailer attached to my vehicle which wasn't included in my AAA coverage. Eddie's towing charged me $91.00 to add the trailer to my tow going THREE miles. Note: the trailer was towed at the same time as my vehicle, not separately. When questioning the outrageous charge I was told "That's what we charge" Again, the initial tow was covered my AAA, it's not as if Eddie's Towing made a separate tow for the trailer. He fixed my truck so I didn't need a tow. After being down for 8 hrs and paying for new keys to be made. A fuse burned up put anti lock on the engine. Thinking it was being stolen. After a breakdown outside of Globe AZ on our way to Pinetop, we were at the mercy of AAA and whoever they dispatched our call to. Our day consisted of 2 separate tows to help us get back home to Vail. Our 1st of 2 from Globe area to Oracle, was not so great (different company) for a variety of reasons but the most important being we had two medium/large dogs with us which was not accommodated on tow 1 and we will leave it at that. Eddie's was the service who took care of us from Oracle to Vail and WOW what a difference between the two experiences. First they showed up EARLIER than the anticipated time. Second, the driver and his helper (his adorable son, donning a AAA hat) were amazing, kind and knew we had dogs. Third, the entire experience from the drive in a brand new tow truck to them welcoming our dogs and allowing them to sit in the cab (vs. a hot towed vehicle) spoke volumes to me of top notch service to people in a stressful situation. They got us, our fur babies and our truck home safely and we had an enjoyable time chatting with the driver. Last night our 2022 Entegra Anthem reported a check transmission error. We contacted roadside assistance, and they sent Eddie's towing within a few hours of our issue. Manny was professional, courteous, and thorough. He had to address the mechanical, pneumatic, and remove our very heavy driveline to get ready to tow. I refuse to allow this extremely poorly managed company take any more of my life so I will be concise. I have been a loyal AAA customer since 1986. I needed a long tow (my 200 mile feature as a Premier membership) and started with the woman on the phone, then per their suggestion, the Owner, (that was too busy take my call). I was asked to hold several times at almost ten minutes per hold period. They told me initially that the owner was delivering my vehicle the next morning (after completely wasting my time on Sunday driving from Mesa to Tucson just to show my membership card). Then. After zero updates, I thought I should touch base and I was told the driver that was going to deliver my vehicle had called in sick. My question was, what happened to the owner doing the delivery and why would you just let a customer sit just because your shift ended at 2:pm?! To date, the owner never even bothered to return my call even though I was told by two team members to leave a message. The fact of the matter is Eddies Towing doesn't care about your business and the Owner/Manager isn't smart enough to realize the customer pays his paycheck. I have aggressively contacted AAA and they gracefully suggested that this company may not be on the radar for future business based on other simuler performance challenges. Wow! I've never had such a great experience than with Damian at Eddie's Towing! My car died at 6 AM in the middle of the offramp of a major freeway. I did call my insurance company and they suggested a towing company on the other side of the town. They told me it would be two hours & $144 before they could get to me. In the meantime, I was in the dark, cold, stuck on the offramp and basically a safety hazard. Eventually a police officer pulled up behind me and turned his lights on to help divert the traffic and asked me when my tow truck would be there and I told him it would be another hour and a half and he said that's not going to work for me you cancel that tow and I'll call the one I use and he'll be here in 30 minutes or less which he was! He loaded my car lickety-split even helped me up in his truck and The best part of it was he only charged me $53, I could not believe it. Anyway, I had a very specific list of tasks and Tom came back with a remarkably competitive quote that was borderline with a local brake shop here in town. Since I'm in PIMA County, the job was easier to fulfill here given the cost of gasoline. Received recommendation from Top Notch diesel repair to call Eddie's if we needed a tow. We were having problems with our 40 ft diesel pusher. Needless to say, we did end up needing to be towed. The lady that answered the phone was so accommodating, contacted AAA for us, send the truck to the rv park we were in. Then it was Manny to the rescue! It's a really tightly packed in rv park, but with some finagling, Manny got us out of there and down to Top Notch. He couldn't have been nicer. Eddie's Towing helped me change a flat tire on a busy freeway within 30 mins of requesting assistance. It was a late night request and I only had a donut as a spare. The service provider cautioned me to drive at most 55 mph with the donut. That can be a dangerously slow speed on a freeway. But, when I continued on the freeway to the nearest town (going 55 mph), the service provider was going in the same direction. He could've passed me. Instead, the Eddie's Towing service provider stayed cautiously following behind me until I made it to my exit off the busy freeway. I took the wrong path (my bad)... got my RV stuck in sand up to the axle! These gents were SO good! They had to come with their "rescue truck" (4W drive) and first had to get my trailer off, turn it around and tow it out to the main road, then pull my RV out. Then they connected my trailer back up!
