This is the second time we've used Tom's Towing in Sahuarita, AZ, and both experiences were exceptional. Jay kept us updated with his arrival time, was professional, and handled our vehicle with great care. The second call was more intense--our vehicle was stuck off-road in a tough spot. Jay went above and beyond. When he realized his tow truck couldn't reach the vehicle, he hiked back in on foot to assess the situation. The solution? Jay spent nearly three hours digging us out by hand. My father, who is 82, was unable to help physically, and Jay's determination, patience, and problem-solving truly saved the day. Jay is hands-down the best. We will never call anyone else for towing in the Sahuarita/Green Valley area. Tom's Towing has earned our complete trust. read more

A+++ My husband called Tom's Towing based on the 5 star reviews, and I must say, we were not disappointed! We really appreciate companies that communicate with you and keep you updated, and that is exactly what we got with Tom's. They were also punctual and professional! We will definitely call Tom's first in the future when we need another transport. It's not always easy to find decent companies that provide outstanding service, (and I feel that sometimes reviews aren't authentic) so when we find one, they make our list of A+ businesses. Tom's made our list and we highly recommend them for any of your towing or transport needs. read more

When I contacted Tom's Towing they actually answered their phone, were expedient & professional- and were extra careful removing my vehicle parked in a tight squeeze car port! I highly recommend their towing services! read more

A towing company is NOT who you ever want to call. However, if you ever do need to call them, call Jay with Tom's towing. He promptly responded to my call and provided a timeframe and cost for his service. What was great was that I didn't need to remain with the vehicle and was able to hand him my keys. He kept me in the loop as to what was going on and carefully delivered my vehicle home. Thank you Jay for being available and courteous. read more

Our neighbor's car would not start and she called Tom's Towing. Jay showed up quickly and he evaluated the situation and felt it was a battery problem. We assisted him in trying to jump start the car but were unable to do so. Jay was concerned that in the event the car had to be towed, it couldn't be taken out of "park" and he would have to drag it backwards in order to load it. Jay was extremely patient and professional and waited with us until a decision was made to try to charge the battery before towing. Jay was very sympathetic to her situation and helped our neighbor make the decision to wait until the next day and determine if a new battery is needed. How many tow companies would do that?!!! We can't say enough about Tom's Towing and their representative, Jay!! read more

Trying to locate my hiking group in Madera Canyon early this morning on 7/4, found myself in a conundrum. Finding cell service Tom's Towing was close by in Green Valley. My call was taken immediately and the tow truck arrived so quickly. Very strategic, capable and beyond considerate support. Even moved the boulder under my car by hmself. Super hero. Made sure all was well with my vehicle and state of mind (it is a shaky experience!). Very adorable dog with him too. All good and I returned to my activities! Very grateful for this kind service and wanted to make sure to spread the word about this company. read more

I said hey great , Angie just told me today that he is painting a truck for the next 12 weeks so we will let you know when Jesus can do your work. Answer is never because who is going to wait for three months until they say oh okay now I feel ok. Bad , Horrible non existing customer service. If you have him do anything just forget him because they CANNOT be counted on and do not care if you are a loyal customer. Even if you give him a 50 dollar tip. So good luck you will need it with the two of them .
