The Ebus is a decent option to travel between Edmonton and Calgary. Booking online saved 5% off…read morethe fare so it worked out to be almost $88 for a return trip. We boarded at the south Edmonton location where they have an office with seats, washroom, and vending machine. There's also a Smitty's right beside the office. Unlike the Red Arrow, there's no assigned seating but there were 2 seats next to each other. Although it wasn't as full capacity on both trips, some people did have a seat mate. The power outlet and wifi were great when the connection would work. The seats were fine, and I appreciated the stop in Red Deer to get up and stretch and for a bathroom break. The bus does make a number of stops including at the Edmonton airport and CrossIron Mills so it did seem like a long ride. Before Ebus was an option, I would take Red Arrow. That ride is definitely more comfortable but the cost is almost twice that of Ebus so it's nice to have this option.

Seriously this is the best and cheapest way to get to and from Calgary if you don't want to drive…read more $38 a way you can't go wrong! My partner and I decided we didn't want to drive down for an event. It was so nice to sit back and relax. E-bus runs out of the Red Arrow offices in Edmonton and Calgary. Desk staff were polite and the drivers were very nice! free wifi on the bus! The first coach on the way down was newer and very comfy! On the way back to edmonton we were on a older coach but it was still nice and clean. Was not too crowded at all! Power outlets for each seat. There were a few quick stops within the cities and one in red deer ...overall it really didnt take too much longer then driving on your own.

WARNING TO PEOPLE LOOKING FOR SHUTTLE SERVICE: We attended…read morea wedding this weekend (Saturday, June 21st) where Golden Arrow was shuttling guests to and from the venue. I have NEVER witnessed such poor execution and lack of service/resolution. Upon arrival, the bus driver disregarded event signage and dropped the entire crowd off right where the Bride was standing before the wedding. Two people stopped and physically spoke to the driver to ask him to turn around, but he disregarded them and the bride was exposed to every guest before the wedding. WORSE, they did not show up for pick up. The bride had to start making panic calls, where the dispatcher LAUGHED at her. The Bride had an entire crowd of people who could not drive due to drinking, at a location where public transit is not available. The insincerity from Arrowhead was just gross. It took an extra hour to get a bus there to the venue for pickup, followed by an HOUR bus ride to the hotel that should only be about 30 minutes away. This is literally what wedding nightmares are made of. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR GUESTS STRANDED! Book literally any other company for shuttling.

Terrible Experience .. worst experience…read more The bus was late, the seats were uncomfortable, and the driver was rude. The whole ride was chaotic--reckless driving, unnecessary delays, and zero customer service. The bus was also filthy, with trash from previous passengers still on the seats. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. Save yourself the headache and choose a more reliable company!

I had to go pick up a rental car at 5:00 p.m. for a trip, so I booked a ride in advance (did this…read morein the morning) for 4:40 p.m. because it was a Friday, and I knew it would be busy. This was more than sufficient time to get me there on time, and I got a confirmation with a flat rate of just over $14.00. I waited for about 5 minutes after they were supposed to arrive, and got a text saying that the cars had been switched from one to another, but that it was on its way. I thought this was strange, but I waited. At one point, when the cab was about 15 minutes late, I called. I was told they were on their way. And every time I called the number I was told it was 1 minute away. My partner finally called the driver, who said he was on his way. We didn't get in the cab and on the road until 5:05, so I had to call the rental company and make sure they knew I was going to be late so I didn't lose my reservation. The driver was just a barrel of excuses that it was busy, but that's why I booked ahead, to avoid the Friday afternoon rush hour wait. My partner had to tell him the address three times for him to get the address right - an address that I had already input with the prebooking program. Then, while driving, he waited unnecessarily at a red light in the wrong lane and bumped my fare up even more. The flat rate (supposed perk of booking in advance) seemed to disappear, and my fare of just over $14.00 turned to almost $20.00. My partner has tried to call Co-op, but their answering machines are full and no one will seem to pick up the phone for a customer service complaint. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've never been so angry with a service before, don't usually complain, never post reviews, and I hate getting that angry. I've seen so many other reviews like this one, and I would just tell anyone who asks to avoid Co-op at all costs. You will be kept waiting, bumped up in price by seemingly incompetent drivers and/or inconvenienced to the point of rage. Use Uber or another service.
