The spaces are all drive through. It is a mix of long and short term stays. Every one we met was nice. They do take GoodSam discount. Lots are fairly level. But not this one because the pole is broken. Not that one the sewer plug is broken. Nope not that one the plug is busted. Finally get set up and the site doesn't have a cable hook up. So no tv. Don't know if they have WiFi. No info was given to use. Long timers had a big party with music until late. The pads are grass and poorly defined. Saw a single small tree. Just a field facing the highway that they are putting electric poles on. Bring a converter. We were told we had a 30 amp spot. She asked on the phone if we had a 50 amp converter as we were setting up. Luckily we did. Thankfully it was a single night. Had it rained recently we would of been stuck. This place is awful.

The sites are easily accessible and can handle even bv the real long rvs. There is a laundry facility on site at the office available for a nominal fee. They are pet friendly too. I stayed there with my grandson to play unlimited golf with free cart for a week and we had a blast! The proshop staff at Woodland Hills Golf Course were also very accommodating and helpful. This course has no sand bunkers but it is very hilly, challenging, and the golf cart path on 4 helps cheat more distance. ;) The only odd thing is that they pull the pins around 4:30pm to prevent theft from a frat house on the course. I wish I could have found that house and made it the 19th hole! We hope to go again... maybe for a month of 36 holes a day!

The lake has a little beach the kids enjoy which is a big plus. We love having a washateria nice showers and restroom at the front of the park that are very clean. They also have a propane filling station. The owner comes by every morning to get the trash with his tractor.
