First off, the chair was picked up and handled extremely well by their staff. Chris did let me know that there would be a charge, but was extremely reasonable about it. They worked with me to confirm that the fabric that I picked was good for its use, and confirmed my timeline so they could wait and place my fabric order alongside a larger order to save me some money. (Which they did!) Chris called every time there was an issue, or even something he recommended but wasn't absolutely necessary - just to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. They even saved the old fabric and made a pillow for me, not a lot of places I called would do that. In the end, my chair (and the pillow) turned out better than I could have ever hoped. The foam and springs have been fixed, and the legs have been given new life. The upholstery itself is incredible. The seams and finishes are so well done, I'm amazed. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Ryan the Triangle representative gave my contractor the song and dance. My contractor lost money because he had to reschedule workers that were paid and started work before we discovered the discrepency. He explained that the beveled edges could be sanded down to the surface to give the floors a more modern look, plus the shoe molding was replaced, the ugly metal heating vent grates swapped out with wooden ones stained to match the flooring, and the railing was sanded and re-stained, everything looks spectacular! He didn't seem happy that we questioned some of those spots after the job was done (perhaps this is not part of their normal process, but it has always been my experience with large-scale home renovations).
