The beers are traditional. Maybe of the draf is from the UK, Ireland, Denmark and more. It is all what you would find not only in the British Isles but from local markets in Scandinavia, Belgium, Germany, and more. It is a good way to have a pint. As for the meal itself, this is not fancy dining. Again, it is local. There is steak and kidney pie, fisherman's pie, cottacge pie, burgers, salads, and more. Of course, there is even fish and chips. And this is made the way they make it back in the UK. It is fresh fish (haddock) and coated just right. It is rich and tasty and willed with enjoyment. As for the fries, you can make a meal out of these alone even if it was the only thing to have with a beer. It was ideal. Again, freshly made and filled with flavor. People are talking. The team is ideal. The service great. And, as for the price, you can not beat that. It was what to expect. Just don't forget to validate your parking, cuz they sure didn't ask preemptively. They were celebrating a 3-day grand reopening when we went on Saturday. There was *one* artisan in their market space. The music was pumping loud enough to not be able to converse. Although it drew a crowd of younger folks, there was not much to behold from the "grand" reopening. Not even s cost of paint. The beach bar may not have been part of the sprucing up idk, I didn't see anything worth celebrating. I meant to look at the size of the cocktail cup that we got (small), but $13-14 for a cocktail is highway robbery for the end result. And $18 for 6 wings ($3 a wing) was a little disappointing. I expected better of a Hilton adjoined restaurant. No one part was terrible. It was just the way they matched up - loud, expensive, small portions. If you're loud maybe you're cheap and tasty. If you're expensive, maybe you're fast and delicious. This was all the worst parts of a bar that doesn't care about its patrons' economics. A bar that wants to serve tourists with mediocrity and move on to the next crop of people who will never be there again. If you're a tourist it'll probably be fine, if overpriced. The bar's OWNER is Tiki Tim. That's his nickname, not a description of the bar. Yes there are some tiki type decorations, and yes, the place is actually a dive bar, But they have an absolutely fantastic kitchen so Tiki Tim's is well worth visiting. I ordered the Loaded Crab Cake Bloody Mary ($26.99). This exceptional Bloody Mary comes with a Bloody Mary Chaser! The chaser had 6 green olives. The Bloody Mary itself had: 4 pcs Celery 2 slices of Bacon 3 Mini tomatoes 4 lg shrimp 1 Crab cake burger It's a meal as well as a drink. Nice kick, too. The menu has several different Bloody Mary options. I also ordered the Blue Crab Fries ($14.51). A huge dollop of blue crab dip on seasoned fries. Enough dip for all the fries.
