Due to COVID, I had to wait outside in my car while it was raining and complete the check in. Unfortunately, no instructions were given on how to use the laptop. I figured it out but and an elderly or computer illiterate person would have difficulty navigating the screens. I was not called back in to wait once the lobby emptied. My family and I have been going to Dr. Hatcher for years now, I'm talking 8+ years and they are the sweetest people you will ever meet. They treat you like family and do the best work around. I haven't had any major surgeries but my parents have and every time has been a success. I go in every 6 months for a teeth cleaning and that's a perfect schedule to keep your teeth looking good and healthy. If you are in need of a good dentist please give Dr. Hatcher a visit and they will take great care of you. The second tooth was damaged and it took him some time as I expected it would, I could not see how he was going to get it out. The man took his time and somehow got it out. The entire process was painless , I was shocked . I have all my dental done for a while but I can not wait to go back.
