I contacted about 4 limo companies and AJ was the only one who: (1) answered the phone himself promptly and (2) suggested we save money by hiring him for pick up and drop off as opposed to hiring a car for the whole night. AJ called the day before to confirm and personally picked us up at the campground. My husband is handicapped and uses a scooter and AJ was so gracious to assist our grandson loading and unloading the equipment. In addition to the adults going to and from the wedding events, we had to board our dogs in Denver for the festivities and AJ was very accommodating when it came to transporting them to the pet hotel. The drive to and from the campground was about 45 minutes and it sped by because AJ was also a wonderful tour guide, pointing out sites and making suggestions of places to go and see. Polite, helpful, friendly and gracious are only a few of the words to describe AJ. His wonderful manners where so impressive when he received calls from his drivers and he always called them "SIR". What an employer!! AJ is in my phone book permanently and whenever I visit Denver he will be the company I call for transportation. Thank you AJ for making our trip so wonderful and stress free!

The dispatch hung up on me 3 times and didn't call me back after he said he would locate the driver. The dispatch wasn't particularly helpful in explaining where we were to meet the car. He kept asking what door I was at which would have made sense if I was familiar with the Denver set up. He didn't explain that we should go out to the taxi area nor did he say that the exiting terminal doors had 3-digit numbers on them. When the car/driver did show, it was a new and very clean black suburban with bottled water waiting in the arm rest. The driver was impeccably groomed and very nice.

He refused to answer his phone when dispatch and our party tried to reach him. 2. No apology when he finally did show up, in fact he argued with us. He had the worst attitude I've ever witnessed. We should have fired him on the spot, but we had a large group ready for a bachelorette party. So we get in the limo. 3. When some of the party wanted to be taken home partway through the night, he refused. He then spent 20 minutes arguing with our party members on the street about why it would take him too long. We tried to explain that we knew exactly how long it took to get to our home, but he told us he knew more because he was the driver. Again, I could not believe this man. 4. He finally got in the limo, and drove the three women the wrong direction from our homes. He stopped at 49th and Federal, in a gas station parking lot, and told us that another limo driver, "his friend", was going to come pick us up and take us home. When the other limo driver arrived, he told us he would take us home...for a charge. 5. The dispatch office hung up on us several times as we tried to call and tell him our situation. The dispatcher said he would come get us himself, but at that point, we've been on the street with two separate shady drivers, and a dispatcher who was just as bad. No way are we getting in one of the limos at this point. 6. We ended up having one of our spouses drive to 49th and Federal at 1:00 in the morning to come get us. This Limousine Company should be shut down. I am disgusted by this company, and I am going to tell everyone I know. It was a little weird that they wanted the money upfront when we booked them. Now I know why. We are currently in the process of disputing the charges with the credit card company. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!
