But whatever they do in within the rights and outside their control. DOUBLE STANDARDS That they have a lawyer on their team to respond is a clear indication that they have done things wrong and hiding behind legal language etc. to run away from their responsibilities. The conveniently say they have put the claim to the insurer and they are waiting on them when they promised lifetime guarantee during their sales pitch which since then they have back tracked on. We discussed the price and how we would wait till I had a definite window that our delivery truck would be dropping the spa off at our house. We were given a delivery day/time by our delivery truck and again I called Austin multiple times before reaching him to schedule the move. He scheduled his move with us for Friday afternoon and then just completely no showed/no called us. We had literally talked to him just a couple hours before his scheduled time to make sure he had my husbands number since I had to be at work. It has now been 5 days and he has not returned a single call, voicemail, text or email. I don't know how a business can run so unprofessionally. Not only did it suck that we had a giant hot tub living in our driveway until we found someone else to move it for us but we're building a deck around this tub that all had to come to a complete halt as well. In February, we signed a formal contract & paid a deposit booking R&R's shuttle service to drive our guests from the hotel to venue and from the venue back to the hotel, at the end of our wedding. 3 Months away from our wedding, we receive a call from R&R cancelling their service because Formula 1 was happening the same weekend of our wedding. They would most likely generate more money from servicing other clients to Formula 1 than our wedding. Fortunately, we will get our deposit back however there was no penalty for R&R Canceling our contract. We're now scrambling to book a transportation service 3 months away from our wedding. Do not book R&R as they're unreliable and their service depends on how financially beneficial your needs are to them. Our planner also made efforts to reach out to R&R and they told them the same reason for the cancellation. Needless to say, or planner was just as shocked as we were, as they've worked with them multiple times in the past.

Tri-County Pools has just resurfaced our 20,000 gallon in-ground pool with PebbleSheen. We had had…read morethe pool replastered 5 years ago and that job had begun failing within the first couple of years. We'd taken the low bid back then. This time we took the high bid--and are glad we did. The previous job had left out the essential step of the Bond Coat to glue the new surface to the old. This time Tri-County chipped out all the previous plaster, sprayed a thick layer of bond coat, and then resurfaced it with a beautiful layer of Arctic White PebbleSheen. We were VERY IMPRESSED with how thoroughly the job was done. Much more work went into it than the job 5 years ago. From start to finish, the work crews were thorough, careful and cleaned up after themselves. And the pool looks better than ever. I recommend Tri-County Pools. Let me add that there'd been a misunderstanding on my part of one of the costs; Steve responded promptly and we amicably negotiated a resolution. I was impressed.

I cannot recommend Tri-County Pools for several reasons: 1)…read moreThey were months and months behind schedule. The contract was to re-plaster our existing pool, re-tile, and build a sun-shelf. Tri-County told us it would be done within a couple of months but they did not complete the project for over 15 months after I had signed the contract! I had their number saved and would call them every week. They would re-assure me that "my name was on the board," but then they wouldn't show up. We were also renovating our house, and when that was almost complete, we told Tri-County about the upcoming home inspection. They told us over the phone (once again) that the pool would be completed in time for our home inspection. But it was not. The night before the home inspection, we had to drive to Home Depot to buy orange fencing to put around our pool since the unfinished/empty pool was considered an open cavity in our backyard. 2) When Tri-County re-connected the pool pump, they made a mistake with the electrical. It caused additional damage, and we had to replace parts that were previously working (around $750 in parts) b/c they got destroyed due to the incorrect wiring and voltage. We called and sent emails with photos of what happened and they did not offer to fix it or to pay for the replacement parts. We had to buy new parts for the pool pump and pay a new company to help us re-install the very thing that Tri-County had just done wrong. They have zero concern about customer satisfaction or about fixing something that they did wrong. 3) They also said they would fix little things, like openings in the drains that they installed in the deck (where someone could easily slice their toe)...and they never came back to do that either. We called several times. 4) When they came to build the sun-shelf, we were not home b/c our house was also getting worked on, and Tri-County's team built the steps going in the wrong direction of the agreed upon design. They did agree to re-build the steps according to the plan but it was just another delay in an already very delayed process.
