If you want to take a chance with this service, be sure to call for making/confirming your booking - do NOT trust the on-line booking form. The actual drivers may be good (I never met one), but the customer service is absent.

The roads were closed and they were patient and gave us detailed directions and even waited for us even though it took us about 15-20 minutes to get to them. I've used Yellow Taxi a few times now and they are the exception to the rule. They're great - prompt, courteous, and have a flat (and fair) rate. Rich drove me to this morning and he was knowledge about the area, nice, and put my bags right on the curb at the terminal check-in.
