This was the easiest and most efficient car buying experience I have ever had. I spoke with sales…read moreby phone before driving to Seguin, worked out details of the purchase and even started my paperwork. At the dealership, every person was laid back, kind and professional. I was never pressured to buy extras or accept already installed dealer packages. Every interaction, from inquiry to sales to financing was exceptional. My family drives Jeeps and now we have "our dealership." Thank you to Dustin, Justin and Chris for excellent service. My previous experiences buying vehicles ranged from hostile to overbearing. This was totally the opposite. Now I know that this type of dealership truly exists.

I really regret letting them do the oil change because a few days after I got the oil change the cover underneath the car fell off while I was on the highway so I had it looked at and the mechanic said whomever did the oil change rigged it up,I reached out to the owner he asked for my info but never called me!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy!!!!!

This company sold me a blue honda civic in September of 2015 before I even. Got the plates and tags…read moreI was already having issues. The first of brake lights that would not go off, I then lost power steering, after that the AC went out, everytime I rolled down the windows I stripped the tint off them, the anti theft on the radio would drain my battery. The straw that broke the camels back was my transmission that blew out not even a year after I financed it. I'm in a poor credit situation so finding a lender that would approve me and also not have to put down an exuberant amount of money down was near impossible and I need a car yesterday. My only option was to go back to the same dealer even with the broken down civic and roll over the amount that I owed on the civic into a new financed car. So I spend all day looking around the lot and find one that looks and feels like it is in perfect condition. I choose a 2006 hyundai santa fe. Everything is perfect and running as planned until 4 weeks in and my air bag light comes on and will not turn off 3 days later my starter is busted. I understand that I financed both of these cars with the understanding that it is sold as is. But it seems very unlikely that I would have 2 cars that break down with in a month of getting them. I have paperwork on repairs that were done to this car previously that were in the manual and it states that repairs were needed soon for the starter but we're refused. The dealership obviously inspected this car and that was going to happen soon but did not mention anything. I believe this is considered fraud. I feel swindled and most certainly taken advantage of by this used car dealership that deals with people in poor credit situations and in dire need of a vehicle. I wish there was something I can do about this but there are no laws protecting people like me against predators like this. It's all he said she said at this point when it comes to me claiming fraud so now I'm stuck paying 8 grand for a car that's hardly worth 4 grand.
