Called and showed them photos of the chip in my window and was told that it was something that could be repaired. Get here and after the "repair" was done it looked like nothing had changed. I was then told it just wouldn't crack any further. $100 for what I was told would be a repair instead resulted in a a finished product I could have accomplished with a $10 kit off amazon. If you can't fix something let me know I'll take it somewhere else but doing this kind of work then charging $100 shows 0 pride in your product or service. Unfortunately, several cars on my street were vandalized overnight and it resulted in the passenger side window of my minivan being smashed into pieces. I called the big name glass repair company that my insurance company recommended and the cost to replace was as much as my deductible plus they did not have an appointment until a few days later, and meanwhile, I had no window. I contacted Omni on a Friday afternoon and I had an appointment scheduled the next day and at half the cost of the other company. Upon arrival, Tanner came out to greet me, took a quick look at my van and assured me it would be no problem and should be ready in about 3-5 hours since he was pretty slammed that day. My husband picked me up and we went to breakfast. To my surprise, Tanner calls toward the end of our meal to tell me my vehicle was ready! He gave me a crazy good deal on what was initially supposed to be only a drivers side window replacement on my partner's car. However, my suv had had a cracked windshield spanning across the entire window for months. I figured I'd ask him for a quick price bc I'd been avoiding dealing with it bc I didn't really have the money to have it replaced. He told me the price and I thanked him and said I'd come back to it in the future. He matched the price of my windshield to the side window. Insane. I was so surprised that I dipped into my emergency fund to pay for it. I chose the option to have him come to my residence. He came twice bc the first time, I wasn't able to get off a work call (work from home). He was so understanding and patient. He came back the next day and finished both after having to wait out a thunderstorm and running into issues with taking off paneling that was in the way. The quality of his work is 110%. Stay away from Omni auto glass they put a windshield in a place of my cracked one and like it did it leak, there was no air coming in. BUT.... They couldn't do the calibration needed for a smart With frontal crash sensors. You can get it calibrated separately at the dealership for low cost but when they lose the sensor That is in the box behind the rearview mirror that upset your charge that to buy a new sensor at the dealership that's what I had to do. Also the dealership told me they put the wrong windshield in yes, aftermarket windshields are acceptable but it has to be the right one. now to make this right it's gonna cost me 5 times as much. I told my Lexus with a bunch of liars and then I signed the paperwork and good luck getting my money back I would've given them zero stars if I could have stayed away save yourself some money they are crooks read more

Absolutley the worst experience in glass I've ever had. Young guys that dont seem to know what they're doing. Waited 5 days for glass I never got. Straight incompetency.
