My favorite car wash by far. It's 24 hours. I usually come during the day and the times I come there is always someone here. Usually the owner. I appreciate that he is here to make sure everything runs smoothly. He helps scrub the bugs off the front. Or like today he is scrubbing the extra dirt off my vehicle to ensure for the best wash. After a 3 day trip to Crater Lake my car needed a touchless wash. Choice was the easiest choice as it's along the way home in Seattle. It took all the dried bugs off my front fender. This place commands you to review them on Yelp, so I laughed when I came over here to do just that and there wasn't a single review. This is located near Les Schwab and right next to a coffee drive thru. Don't mistake the line for the Dutch Brothers for the line to get into the car wash. have heard good things abut this place so I tried it today. There are no brushes or soft clothes to scrub the vehicle with so it's just spraying soap and pressurized water (not even sure if it was hot) all over the the car! When it was done I still had soap all over the back of my car and on the truck. My vehicle was still filthy after pulling out! I used the vacuums, they were just ok you get 3 1/2 minutes for $1 which is good and should be plenty of time but the suctions wash not the best so I had to use it twice to get the job done. I ended up paying $14 and now have to go to another car wash and pay a second time to get my car cleaned properly, but the inside looks good VERY DISAPPOINTED WILL NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND!! read more

Only place to get touch less in Redmond. Usually does a ok to good job. My gripe is the payment method. Numerous times I've gone and tried cc, 2 different ones, and doesn't even register. Then if you don't have cash, and people are lined up behind you, you are F***d. Get it together. Already hoping for new place. Too bad it's close to home. read more

I saw some really poor reviews of this car wash and was super surprised. Best and most reasonable car wash in Oregon- right now. Hands down! I'm Uber picky about my vehicles and usually use brushless which in any wash doesn't get the car or truck completely clean. Great dry time! Then the owner, bless his or her heart, leaves dry towels (soft cotton) for you to dry excess water off with. It's located right next to Dutch Bros. so very handy if you like java. The parking lot is small but manageable. That's the only reason it didn't get five stars! read more

As soon as the soap went onto my car, the wash shut itself off. Tried backing up, going in again, to no avail. Exited, then tried calling both numbers on the wall for assistance. Both numbers out of service. Finally went up the road to Polar Bear and they said it happens all the time. Sharing the story with others elicited many "that happened to me there too." I just thought I would give a recent update. I have been using the brushless side for 4+ years, easily 35+ times. First with a black Mercedes CLK550 convertible, then that was replaced with our current a 2017 Audi S5 convertible which we only use May-Oct. I just used it for the first time on my wife's new 2019 Audi Q8. These 2 cars also have a clear poly coat on the entire front and rear. I also must used it on my 2008 Subaru because of the kayak and bike racks. Ok. I rated this a 5 as a self service non attended car wash. I did not compare this to the old and original "Carriage House" fully attended in Portland where you got the best car wash I have ever had. You also paid $25-30 for It but it was like a mini detail. No longer has that service. Back to the 5 star. Is this place perfect? No. My only suggestion over the years is that the automatic drying at the end of the wash could be better, some days a lot better. Since I wipe down the cars (not the Subaru) with heavy duty micro fibre cloths, it's not a big deal. It's the only place in Redmond and I think even Bend, that you can get a brushless wash without getting out of your car. If you care about the finishes on your vehicles (Car, SUV or Truck) I would highly recommend the left side of this car wash. So while you're wiping your car down, have a Dutch Bros. read more

I entered his parking lot and got boxed in from the Dutch Brose behind me I was turning around when the owner came out hysterical putting his hands on my vehicle and through my window telling me I was going to hit his box I was fully stopped and had not hit anything nor was I going to from that moment on he proceeded to be extremely aggressive for me demanding where I was going what I was doing there I said it's clearly obvious I am turning around please take your hands off my vehicle he then proceeded to scream of sanities in front of my four year old simply for entering his parking lot I told him Kylie I will never return to your car wash again I will hit the one up the road for less money and better treatment at which point I was screamed at hysterically even further I pulled out my phone to videotape his bizarre behavior and take a photo of the box to prove I had touched nothing of his and was simply turned around enter this man's property at your own risk read more

Pulled in to a very narrow curved lane and up to the money machine. It wouldn't take any of the cash I tried, so I was kind of trapped and had to back out the wrong way to get out of there. Had there been a car behind me I'd probably still be there. Beware! read more

I have taken 2 vehicles to this carwash:. A minivan and my Lincoln MK VIII. In both cases the vehicles had winter road grime and were very dirty. In both cases the brushes did not overlap on the forint or rear - leaving a vertical line of grime. Areas of the hood and roof were missed as we're sections of the front and rear glass on both cars. The wheels were left 90% untouched and the lower panels on the sides had areas where the brushes barely touched - leaving areas of thick grime. Side windows at the mirrors were left dirty - something that may be rectified by reversing the brushes on the second pass, going from the rear of the vehicle to the front. This is, by far, the worst carwash I have been to. read more

What a waste of money! I opted for the Soft Touch wash as my truck was dirty. After going through, I examined my truck, and guess what? It needed to be washed! The only thing the auto washer did was leave dirt streaks and blotches. My truck wasn't thoroughly cleaned. And even worse, the dryer section, which consisted of 3 blowers, didn't dry my truck. They just blew the dirty water around in my truck and the the water dried, leaving dirt tracks and drops all over the exterior. The washer missed several spots as if it had no contact with them. All in all, the wash was not worth the $12 fee I paid for the Premium Wash. Find someplace else. Preferably one with human attendants as this one is only for lightly soiled vehicles. read more

This was my favorite car wash, but the last three times I went, the entire rear of my car was still super dirty. Like I could write on it with my finger. For $12, I would like the whole car washed! And twice I got $11 in the machine and it just quit taking paper money. Of course, I didnt have any change on me, so I ended up getting a refund of $11 in change and had to use a card. But one time, the lady in front of me didn't understand how to drive in and had her drivers side tires completely OVER the metal guide, and the big moving part smashed into her car. She drove off mad like it wasn't her fault entirely. That was sort of funny. read more

I wish there were more car wash options in the area. I often wait in line at this one and it does a 2 star job and cleaning the car. I've tried the touch less and the soft cloth. The soft cloth leaves the exact same dirty patch that I have seen other reviewers mention on the back left of the vehicle. The touchless does a more even job but can't get set in dirt off of the car. read more

I've been here 3 or 4 times since it changed from celtic to choice. I love the touch less wash, my husband makes fun of me for still taking my antenna off for it though lol. I recently relocated from the valley where I regularly had my car washed. I was delighted to find Choice Car Wash. It is a little confusing entering at first as they do share lanes with dutch brothers. Otherwise I found it easy to use and navigate, with a clean and up to date facility. I've tried both washes which I felt were both equal in cleaning. I will most likely use the brush less in the future. My only complaint is my car doesn't get completely clean on the back end, but considering there is not a regular attendant I think that can be expected, particularly when I have a cinder rock driveway so my car gets dirty in a hurry! New to me after living in the rainy valley. I will use your car wash regularly. Thank you! read more

I waited for 3 cars before me to wash; when my turn came, the wash put soap on my car then stopped. I returned through the wash, paid again to get the soap off, it printed a receipt, then would not engage the transaction for the wash to happen. Your car wash took my $12 for a deluxe car wash, gave me a pre soak and then told me to exit. 2/11/15 around 7:30 am. Can't say I'm pleased! Wanted to use the touchless since I have a brand-new car but will never be returning. Had to drive across town to Wet Willy's for a full car wash to get the Damn soap off from your stupid "prewash".
