At the Atlanta airport, something was off. I went through the entire itinerary and found so many issues. I ended up booking all of my hotels, trains, and flights myself. We cancelled with them by fax (as was their rule back then). THEY NEVER CANCELLED on their end and still charged our AMEX. Just found out that is still an issue. Sure, they have been open since 1994, but after reading the reviews on here, they are still incompetent.

About 40 minutes before I was scheduled to be picked up, I received a text stating my driver had been dispatched (which was clearly an automated message meaning nothing as you will soon figure out). 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time I called the company to find out where the driver was and they informed me the driver was never contacted and they couldn't get anyone to me in time for me to make my flight. As nice as they were on the phone, I just couldn't believe they left me in that situation. I called an uber driver that was close by and got to the airport at half the price this company charges. I plan to warn others of this terrible company and recommend uber from now on.

WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING BLACK DIAMOND LIMO & PARTY BUS…read more (I didn't want to make this post but I've given them a week to respond to our situation & I'm being ghosted) I booked a 20 person party bus in February for my girls & 18 other friends for prom. We paid $1,807.14 total. I have text confirmations with correct timing & pickup locations. I also confirmed with them where dinner drop of was etc. I also asked Kimberly, the manager, if we could see pictures of our bus. She replied, "It's one of the 20 person buses listed." I thought this was weird but I knew they were probably in their busy season so i just referred to their website with their listed inventory. On Saturday, April 5th (Blanchard's prom day), the bus was suppose to pick them up at The Springs in Blanchard at 4:00. At 4:10, I'm calling wondering where they are. The driver went to the wrong venue in Edmond. All the kids & parents had to scramble & drive them all to Norman for pictures. The bus driver took 1 1/2 hours to get to Norman from Edmond when he finally arrived then they arrived late to their dinner reservations. When the bus arrived in Norman, I almost fell over in shock. The pictures of their inventory listed on their website was NOT what we got. (Pictures posted below). The bus was hot with a barely working A/C, the speakers barely had sound so the kids couldn't even hear the music. A parent had to meet them and give them a Bluetooth speaker so they could listen to music. There was an ice chest left on the bus with beer in it and spilled beer as well and there was spilled beer and one boy got it on his prom tux and had to take it off from smelling like beer. Kimberly, the manager, offered for us to use to bus until 10pm because of the mishaps but I told her that wouldn't work due to our prom starting at 7:30. I called Black Diamond Saturday night, Sunday and every day since. I've called, left messages, left voicemails and sent emails. I'm being ghosted because they don't want to refund me any money but I'm not backing down. As a business owner myself, you run your business off of good reputations & doing people right. I know businesses make mistakes as I have but you do what it right & you make it right. This is NOT the case.

I reached out to Sheila at Bentley Hedges for help. Sheila took care of all the special assistance needed at the airport (wheelchair, boarding, etc.) along with arranging a top-notch, round-trip car service from Logan to her friends house in Providence, RI. I picked my friend up at the airport yesterday upon her return and she absolutely raved about the service she received...both from Delta and the car service (Blacklane Chauffer, in case you're wondering). Sheila apparently left nothing to chance with Delta and Blacklane. All of the right information had been communicated to all the right people, making the moving parts of her trip work flawlessly. I could not be more pleased with Sheila and Bentley Hedges.

I would not recommend this travel agency even if it were the only way to book an all-inclusive…read morevacation - and luckily for you - it is not. Here are just a few of the problems that I and three other passengers encountered when we booked a Hawaiian cruise through Michelle's Destinations: 1) My reservation was incorrect because they misspelled my first name; 2) My reservation was incorrect because they misspelled my last name; 3) My reservation was incorrect because they recorded a wrong date for my date of birth. These three combined caused issues with boarding resulting in an additional hour being needed before being allowed to board the ship; 4) Four of us took out an insurance policy, while simultaneously taking advantage of a deal being offered by a cruise line. Unfortunately, one of us needed to cancel due to an unexpected surgery. A Michelle's Destination Agent sent an email stating, "filing a claim would not be an option due to the special that was running and was booked." This was a flat out lie. The reality was that the travel agency did not want to bother with having to wait for an insurance claim to reimburse us; 5) We were also told that a change in occupancy would result in a higher fair being charged. Again, a flat out lie. Pursuant to our insurance policy it includes a, "Cancellation Fee Waiver: refunds are also provided if you are charged a change in occupancy/single supplement charge as a result of your traveling companion's cancellation due to one of the reasons [illness]" 6) Additionally, this travel agency gave us an arbitrary date where we had to find someone else or we would be charged and that there was no negotiation of this time frame. It should be noted that this date came and went, months later we did find someone else and again this was a flat out lie; 7) Two of us were also veterans, which the cruise line offers a $250 credit as a sign of respect and gratitude. This travel agency never informed us despite knowing that some of us were veterans; 8) Two of us were sold drink passes accounting for an additional $2,000. Once on the boat, the cruise line informed us that this was a waste of money and that travel agencies get a higher commission by selling these packages. I cannot stress how horrible my experience has been with this travel agency and I do not recommend Michelle's Destination under any circumstance. Disorganized, untruthful and willfully negligent are the only words that come to mind and therefore I was compelled to leave this review.
