Totally understandable when people have technical difficulties however, communication is key. I pay for time and services and the lack of communication was unsettling. My move was fairly small, they took care wrapping up my belongings with tape, shrink wrap and or blankets. Everything went smoothly although they did miss items at the pick up address that I just so happened to stumble upon when I returned to ensure that nothing was left behind.

A phone response from Joshua was followed by a text message confirming scheduling to move a refrigerator from Menifee to Moreno Valley. On the day of the move, I was met by Joshua and Curtis. They were very professional and were prepared to move a large home refrigerator. The move out of the Menifee house to the truck was quick and easy. Unfortunately, the move to the smaller Moreno Valley house was where challenges presented themselves. The house is older and smaller and we thought going through the back slider would be more than enough space, but it was decided to go through the front door instead. Moving the smaller older refrigerator out to the garage was easy going. Curtis and Joshua disconnected water and power and moved the older fridge with ease. Then the challenge of moving the much larger refrigerator was in play. Curtis easy removed the front door and then returned to assist Joshua with getting the large Kenmore refrigerator in place to move into the home. As I returned to the kitchen from the backyard, I was surprised to see the at the refrigerator was in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the front stainless-steel doors received several dings and dents from being moved through the front door entry. I was disappointed that we didn't take steps to cushion or protect the doors during the move. My hope is to minimize the dents by using dent removal pullers from Amazon and a lot of YouTube videos. Joshua and Curtis were great, and I know they were disappointed with the dents on the doors. They worked hard to minimize any damage during the move, but we all missed protecting the doors while going through the tight front entry. If the damage didn't occur, this would be an easy 5-star review, but with the unfortunate damage, I had to drop the review to a 4-star. I absolutely recommend Move It Already. Joshua and Curtis were extremely professional and seemed to handle the movement of furniture very easily. I will use this company again the future.

I have mixed thoughts about this service. What went well:…read more-Good price. Blake price matched and beat other companies. -Professional. Quick to respond to emails and phone calls and showed up as scheduled. -Friendly. Blake and his assistant were easy going and welcoming. -Cleaned all the screens and windows. -Power wash. Did a great job power washing the sides of my home. What could have gone better: -Window tracks. The first window tracks cleaned were done well but as they proceeded from the first floor to the second they went from well, to ok, to bad. One window track wasn't done at all. I had to go back and clean many tracks myself. -Damages. They broke my hose sprayer and neglected to tell me. Unknown factors: -Level of filth. I just bought the house and the previous owners never cleaned the tracks. Perhaps the amount of cleaning that the windows needed was too big of a job for a two man crew. It took Blake and his assistant an hour and a half longer to do the job than they expected. Perhaps those factors contributed to the latter half of the work being done poorly. Blake gave me an over the phone estimate which made it impossible for him to see the extent of the necessary cleaning. However, that is part of the risk when agreeing to do over the phone estimates and I feel that the job should have been done correctly or he should have at least informed me that the job was done inadequately because it surpassed their service time.
