So did a quick search on Yelp, asked for some quotes, and Mario quickly responded to the request. His pricing was very competitive. They have a job minimum of $180, so we asked them to also clean our sectional couch, which was in dire need of freshening up. We were able to schedule for the following day. He took a look at the stains, confirmed the quote and went right to work. He showed me the special cleaner used specifically for coffee stains. Afterwards, he pointed out the now barely noticeable stains and said that it would continue working over the next few days until it was pretty much gone. And true to word, can't even find where the stains were. Miracle worker. Sofa turned out great as well. Definitely brighter and overall nice to know it had a deep clean after the many years of whatever the kids put on it. He's worth it. At least get the quote and go from there! Day 1 (Saturday): David informed me a technician had a flat tire. Instead of communicating that the technician wouldn't make it at all, he left me waiting without clear updates. Day 2 (Memorial Day Monday): He offered to reschedule for Monday, but it was just a string of endless delays. The Excuses: He ran two hours late without sending any notification. After making me wait, he claimed his machines were not working and ultimately canceled on me again.I spent two full days waiting at my tenant's condo for a service that never happened. Super quick responses and reasonably priced! Anddddd they work on weekends too! Anddddd they saved me because I was freaking out about having to clean after packing and moving. I had scheduled my cleaning for a Sunday afternoon and received a call from Kiran saying that the team they had originally assigned was going to be later than the original time slot because they were at another place. Unfortunately that wasn't going to work for me so Kiran came herself to clean my place! She and Alex did an amazing job and made sure everything was clean and pretty! They were super nice and Alex ended up having to help me clean off a couple of things that were in the garage that I was taking with me (because I can't do spiders) and even helped me put them into my car because they were heavy. They took a little bit longer to clean my place but I'm glad they did because they actually cleaned so many things that other places would have you add on. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and go through them in the future!
