There is a huge dock to fish on or just hangout. The fishing is awesome and we usually catch several daily. The park has aluminum boats free for residents use. WiFi is free as well. The owners, manager, and all tenants are very friendly and helpful. We evacuated for Tropical Storm Imelda and they helped us every step of the way. This truly is an absolute slice of paradise. Just minutes from all local refineries including Sabine Pass. Public dove hunting lands less than 2 miles, hog hunting, and duck hunting. There is a golf course less than 5 miles from the park.

What a Wonderful stay! Happy to 'break' this place in!…read more We evacuated here from southern Louisiana thanks to a neighbor's word of mouth suggestion just prior to Hurricane IDA. They had only been in operation a month and I don't think expected the amount of evacuees that showed up overnight. They really pulled out all of the stops! The place was immaculate and the staff & owners were absolutely amazing! (Go Kevin! and wife and son) Our stay was longer than we originally anticipated but it was very pleasant even after many of the evacuees had departed. The fresh coffee in the mornings, clean and beautiful showers, and efficient laundry room were definitely a plus and made it feel like home. Also, there is a lovely indoor and outdoor lounge, fishing pond and fire pit area with beautiful sunrises and sunsets abound. Oh! And Free WI-FI!!! We were told there is much more to come in the way of amenities. Definitely recommend if you're in the area or passing through!
