But on my last day in California when they arrived, they stated more than half my belonging weren't on the list which was BS because i put them on there, so they doubled the price that i was originally quoted. Everyone was very rude that i spoke to in regards to my move. they also tacked on a bunch of bogus charges. When I tried to dispute it, they kept stating they knew nothing about this, as well as never called back like they said. The delivery ended up costing me 2 times as much as originally quoted, as well as higher than then other companies.
Dawn, Kristin, Jim, are very rude, and disrespectful while on the phones. Never return calls, not do they help at all. No tracking on your shipment, iv been im my new home with my pregnant wife for over 2 weeks with no beds, furniture, nothing because they dont know when itll go out. I call everyday and its the same, " the truck got here late last night, ill call you in the morning to let you know the status", but then never calls.
No response to emails to voicemails at all.
By far the worst iv ever worked with, i should have looked them up prior and read everyone else frustrations and concerns.
