But on my last day in California when they arrived, they stated more than half my belonging weren't on the list which was BS because i put them on there, so they doubled the price that i was originally quoted. Everyone was very rude that i spoke to in regards to my move. they also tacked on a bunch of bogus charges. When I tried to dispute it, they kept stating they knew nothing about this, as well as never called back like they said. The delivery ended up costing me 2 times as much as originally quoted, as well as higher than then other companies. Dawn, Kristin, Jim, are very rude, and disrespectful while on the phones. Never return calls, not do they help at all. No tracking on your shipment, iv been im my new home with my pregnant wife for over 2 weeks with no beds, furniture, nothing because they dont know when itll go out. I call everyday and its the same, " the truck got here late last night, ill call you in the morning to let you know the status", but then never calls. No response to emails to voicemails at all. Worst experience I ever had, zero communication on the status and location of your belongings. Even though you pay them thousands of dollars they don't work for you which when you hire someone they work for you not this company. They have your stuff and you are not a priority to them, your stuff is not a priority and all you can do is wait and hope your stuff shows up period. read more

I used this company a few years back and recall having smooth deliveries of several pallets at a time, although they were expensive. I tried them again for a recent delivery. It is so annoying how so many people write such emotionally negative reviews. I've worked here for years and have seen this company grow and work ever do hard to be the very best. Sometimes things happen when moving 1000's of shipments and yes it is bad for the ones that suffer issues. Angry reviews that try to hurt back really don't serve any purpose. I am surprised they are still in business. Four times I was given a delivery time and four times they did not deliver. Overall the delivery was 4 days late. Isabelle was courteous on the phone but either did not know what was happening with the delivery or was saying whatever she thought would sound like a good response. They talk about fast, on time and big or small quantities all handled with the same priority. Nice marketing but the execution did not live up to there hype. I will avoid using them again. In the end we did get the system delivered. The metal pallet was severely bend (possibly due to a forklift mishap) but the system was OK. read more

Assuming this is Fast Trucking based out of Southern California, i am so confused how all these people are writing negative reviews. In fact, i'm almost suspicious that a competing company is writing them. I own a computer business in San Diego area and have used Fast Trucking (Through the 3rd party Unishippers) about 20-30 times this year in 2019 and literally not 1 issue. In fact, almost every time they delivered it next day from Los Angeles area to me and the price was always WAY cheaper than everyone else. Recently i have not seen them showing up on the unishippers web portal and have been trying some other companies like DHE, Reddaway, etc and the other companies consistently don't pick up on day one and consistently don't delivery the next day from LA. I literally came to this yelp page because i was looking for Fast Trucking's phone number on google to call them direct. I can't speak to their service at the consumer level, but for business to business pallet moving, cant recommend them more. read more

This company was very unprofessional taking back on their original agreements and changing things last minute or without our knowing. We used the moving services from MD to NC and we also used the towing services. The company came a day early and didn't let us know until the evening before. when they finished putting all of our things in the truck it wasn't until putting down the deposit and signing that we found out they were charging us an extra $900 than originally quoted. and with that the original quote was for more items than we gave then (we ended up leaving a lot of things because the original max quote was already over our budget). Whenever we contacted them about paying more than we need to the customer service rep was nice enough to try and get something back for us so that was nice. But over all the communication between this company and their third party hire(s) was horrible. no one seemed to know all the information that they should've it took tons of back and forth, and the towing company didn't bring our car until 3 days after the designated time. I understand mistakes happen but if this company had better communication between their third party workers and their clients I would have probably gave a much better review than this. read more

I ordered some tile from a nearby company and the brief story below is my experience with FT. The only hiccup came when the tile was delivered to our house. The original delivery company, Dependable Highway Express was supposed to deliver the tile, but instead handed off the job to another vendor, Fastrucking. At first, this company was on the ball and scheduled the delivery for a certain time period, SOP. However, the day that the delivery was supposed to occur, I made a courtesy call to the company, asking them what the ETA was for the driver. While waiting for a person to answer, the elevator music said that all trucks use GPS tracking so the company knows exactly where the truck is located. When I asked the customer service agent where the truck was, she replied "I don't know, the driver's not answering his phone." The driver finally arrived at our house in an 18-wheeler. Uh, the trucking company didn't look at our house in advance and noticed that we have little room for a tractor trailer to turn around and the trailer couldn't make it down our steep driveway. As a result, we had to manually load my SUV with each palette of tile, bring it down the driveway, unload it by hand, and then repeat the procedure seven more times, for a total of 15,500 lbs of tile. That's 7 1/2 tons!! I gave the poor driver some cash for his extra effort. None of the companies above reimbursed me for that! Moral of this story: be careful with who you do business with and, IMO, avoid Fastrucking at all costs! They are not worth it! read more

The worst experience I've ever had. Not only did they have an accident when they were coming to deliver my rear bumper but damaged it so bad the box was falling apart and bent the bumper and scraped the paint off in 4 locations. The drivers were rude and just dropped it from 2' high to the ground and left. Then I called and told them it was damaged and they told me to deal with UPS it wasn't their problem. PLEASE AVOID IF YOU CAN. Fast Trucking were the ones responsible for delivery our TV. We set up a delivery date and time. On the morning of the delivery they called to say they think they put the TV on the wrong truck. They then said they asked the driver of that truck and that he didnt know where it was either. They then said they were checking surveillance footage to see if they could find out where it went. Really? Surveillance footage!? How do you lose a 60inch TV?! The box isnt exactly small. They put a trace on the TV and after a week, they STILL couldnt find it. We had to go thru the hassle and re-order a replacement. Everyone we spoke with pretty much didnt know what was going on. Out of all the trucking companies I have dealt with in the past, Fastrucking is the worst. Their staff is really nice, or so I was lead to believe, but the dispatch has no idea what they are doing. I talked to one of the drivers and he was telling me that their staff are mostly just previous drivers who have no knowledge on how to run anything. I think the worst thing with this company is that they lie. They lie so much they can't keep track of all of them. Stephanie, for instance, emailed me and told me the truck arrived at the airlines to pick up an urgent shipment. The next day I find out the shipment is still at the airlines. I asked her what was going on and she told me some long made up excuse and told me the truck couldn't make it. I pulled the email where she said it was at the airlines and she was speechless, just a deer in headlights. She then said, "He was at the airlines, just at a different airlines." Why would I care about him being at a different airlines for some other customer? I don't. Another meeting comes up and I just lay out all the emails from their lies. They lied about losing boxes, damaged cartons, missing pickups, you name it! Their night time driver never asked for exceptions either. We received a beat up shipment and the driver had nothing to note the damage. i called stephanie, gave her the shipment number and she told me it was in perfect condition and she checked it herself. Stupidest thing I ever heard. I'm on the phone with her, standing in Fastrucking's trailer and she is proceeding to tell me it was fine. They also kept trying to bill us random fees that were not in our agreement. They forget to pick up shipments way too frequently. I had one of my shipments sit at the airlines for almost two weeks! I didn't just email them once, I emailed them every day to remind them to pick this up and all I got back was "Confirmed" When they finally arrived to pick up the freight they call me and tell me that storage is due and the driver left because we haven't paid it yet. i had to argue with them to pay the storage because it was all their fault they didn't pick it up when they were supposed to. Fastrucking forgets to pick up shipments, delivers them in poor condition, loses freight, and misses cutoffs and then lies about it all straight to your face. I dealt with them for just a few months before I ended up changing the trucker, they are the worst and most disrespectful company i ever had the displeasure to work with. read more

This was by far the worst moving experience we have ever had! We were constantly lied to and misled - from being asked for over $1000 more after the truck was loaded and we already agreed to a binding-to-not-exceed estimate, to being promised a 3 day delivery and having to wait 6 weeks!! They told me our items would be on our own truck and it would go straight there - and the same men would put everything back together... none of that happened. It was moved to a storage facility where it sat for 5 weeks and then loaded on a truck with 5 other families' things with all new drivers who barely spoke english. And communication was horrible the entire time (I was yelled at, cut off, lied to, and ignored). Tina in customer service refused to answer my calls - I had to call from a different number after our 5th delivery window was not met. They forgot some of our things, and now more items are missing and they won't even respond to me. Plus, at the new house they dropped everything off and left - not putting anything together (that they took apart) as they promised. Would not recommend this company to anyone! read more

AVOID - Extremely unprofessional and horrible customer support. They are not willing to work with their customers. I still have not received my shipment and by the time I receive it they will have had it at their docks for a week; unacceptable in my books. There are other companies willing to work with you please do not choose them to save yourself. There were so many things wrong read on to see how many you can spot! I called DHE (the original shipper) who transferred the shipment to Fast Trucking, and when I was transferred the person just answered with "Hello" totally unprofessional! Did not give my his name or acknowledge that I was transferred to him. Once I told him that I could not wait another week for my shipment he said, we called you and left a voicemail (he had my information!!!! lead with that...ugh) I explained there were no missed calls or voicemail's. He said he called yesterday May 25 at 4:18 pm and that they only service my area Mondays and Thursdays and since today is Thursday and Monday is a holiday that I would have to wait until next Thursday. I told him it was acceptable, I paid for their services and they need to deliver it tomorrow which is Friday. After he spoke to his manager he said Tuesday is the earliest, I told him that is unacceptable, I paid for a service and should get that service. Then when I asked to be transferred to his manager he said I already spoke to her (Seriously?...WTF? I already know that... ugh). Then when transferred to his manager she just said "Hello" again no name or acknowledge that I was transferred very unprofessional! At this point I was very angry and of course I again told her it was unacceptable and that I need my shipment and cannot wait. She was very rude told me to stop talking, (Are you F... serious!!!! You never tell a customer to stop talking). She went on to tell me that the drivers are out all day and when they return at night with the new shipments after they close so they cannot get to them until the next day. OK so they got it on the 23rd, that means it was unloaded to them on the 24th. That I can understand, but I should have received a call then, not the following day at close (again no voicemail or missed call). She told me that they do not have a department that calls to set up shipments, that it is not until they have time to call that they call to set up the shipment. WOW. Even though they were wrong and someone there did not go their job like they said they did, I still won't get my shipment until Tuesday which will be one week after. Their lack of resources and customer support should not be my issue and it won't be anymore! I contacted both DHE and the company I purchased the product from to never use Fast Trucking again. When I called DHE it sounded they like they received the compliant before. How many did you count? Ugh read more
