We needed a detailer as we found mold in our 2007 Honda Odyssey, besides the mold we have 3 little kids 7 and under, so you know how it goes, crumbs galore spills and more. Their communication through phone and text was fantastic, able to give a quote a head of time and get an appointment as well and with humor too, gotta love humor anytime but especially during a pandemic. You don't have to clean the car ahead of time, they clean all that out and put it in a bag for you when you get back and pick up. I recently moved to the area and was very happy with my first visit to Soft Touch. However, my…read moresecond visit was not only unsatisfactory but my car was also permanently damaged. Not only was the cleaning incomplete (trunk not cleaned, dash controls not cleaned and floor mats not cleaned) but the top of my dash, under the windshield, was scratched and sliced up multiple times. I don't understand how this could happen - the person must have been holding something sharp in addition to the cloth. I haven't gotten an estimate to fix it yet but I think the entire front part will need to be replaced and it will be pricey. I did call Soft Touch to tell them about my experience since they advertise that they are committed to satisfaction. I did receive an apploligy and was told to let them know if it happens again. However, with the extend of the damage, I don't think I'll be returning.
