However, the recent visits for my daughter's graduation cake were unsatisfactory. During both my initial visit and follow-up visit, the staff seemed unwelcoming and gave the impression that we were an inconvenience. I showed the baker a pic of my daughter's high school graduation cake and said I wanted almost the exact design but different logo and he made a disgusted face when he looked at a picture of it. I saw the look on his face and asked him what was wrong. I told him I got the cake from them and he didn't believe me because he doesn't remember making it. When I requested a cake featuring my daughter's school logo in fondant, the baker was hesitant due to the heat. I completely understand fondant doesn't do well in warm weather but the last one in my opinion was excellent. My suggestions for the design were not given due consideration. Given the $300 price tag, I believe customers deserve better than to feel dismissed and expect a more accommodating service. I will update my review once I pick up the cake to see how it comes out.
