I had stopped in the previous week to confirm pricing and availability -- $4 per blouse, which is fair and appreciated. Unfortunately, everything else about the visit was awful. The owner seemed immediately overwhelmed and almost irritated when I told him the items were press only. He dumped my clean blouses onto a visibly dirty counter and began hastily counting them and stuffing them into the blue bags they use for dirty laundry. When I very politely asked if those bags were typically used for soiled clothing, he became defensive and borderline hostile. Rather than simply using the clean bag I brought, or even placing them on a clean surface, he insisted he couldn't "change his process." To make matters worse, one of my shirts fell into the trash can next to the counter while he was sorting. He didn't notice -- I had to point it out. He fished it out without a word and shoved it into the same blue bag. No apology. No acknowledgment. Bottom line: They may be fine for actual dirty laundry, but if you value cleanliness and basic professionalism for press-only items, look elsewhere. This was my first visit. I put $13 into payment machine and received a laundry card. After loading…read morethe money, I learned that customers cannot start a wash after 10 p.m. I later noticed that a sign concerning the cutoff time was posted on the machine, but the money had already been loaded onto the card. Since I could no longer use the laundry service that evening, I immediately requested the return of my unused money. The employee clearly refused to refund either the card balance or the card deposit. This is the same problem described by other customers. Customers must place money onto a store specific card, and any unused amount is then trapped as store credit. For someone visiting for a single load or an emergency laundry run, the customer must either return and spend more money here or lose access to the remaining balance. The owner's public response to another review is misleading and directly conflicts with the policy posted inside the store. The owner claimed that the $1 deposit is fully refundable after the laundry card is registered. However, the posted policy states otherwise. The employee's refusal was consistent with the posted policy and contrary to the owner's public statement. This policy also appears to conflict with California Civil Code section 1749.5(b)(2) effective April 1st 2026, which requires a qualifying reloadable certificate with a cash value of less than $15 to be redeemable in cash. This business uses a stored value card that can be used only at this business, yet its posted policy claims that laundry cards can never be redeemed for cash. Customers who encounter the same issue can file complaints with the California Attorney General's Office, the Los Angeles County Department of Consumer and Business Affairs, or the consumer protection division of the local District Attorney's Office. I will retain the card, payment records, photographs of the posted policy, and the details of the employee's refusal for those complaints. A business should not trap a customer's money on a store card while publishing contradictory statements about refunds.

The signs are posted everywhere around the laundromat stating that there is an authorization charge when using cards to pay for your loads. However, the $5.75 ones was able to accommodate six loads including sheets, towels, and clothes. Yet, there was enough room for the water to tumble around and clean the clothes efficiently. --Customizable settings. They have super wash settings and you can personalized your cycle by choosing an extra rinse, spin, or wash cycle! --Dryers are excellent too! They have the best rates in this area when it comes to the dryer. Definitely a must because a lot of laundromats scam you when it comes to that. --Cleanliness This place is SUPER CLEAN! I am so impressed that they take the time to deep clean their machines. They have to maintain their equipment well because they run a laundry service I love this place. It is going to be my go-to laundry place from now on. I have my own setup at home, but doing massive loads at once helps me save more time! You have to be weary of your surroundings.
