This laundry mat is around the corner from my house. I came here recently when my washing machine broke at home. Nice clean establishment. Safe. Great music and close to a liquor shop, Taco Bell, Starbucks and a few other restaurants. The wash and dry took less time than at home and the clothes came out smelling great clean and dry. They have multiple sized washing machines depending on how much clothes you need to wash. Prices vary. The dryers are huge and dry the clothes perfectly for the price no issues there. So, our dryer decided to die on us this am, I remembered a laundry mat near us n ran over there with a huge load, a comforter, sheets, pillow cases n some towels... This place is on point, large dyers that actually get it done, $3 later all my items were fluffy dry... Place is very clean n in the past, we've washed loads in their super sized washers n dryers, always work great n cost is very reasonable... Laundromat is clean well kept. Machines are great but user beware! If you use your debit card on the machines they don't charge what machine says price is. There IS a sign that says if you use your card it will charge $10.00 but will be adjusted later. Well I've checked my bank statements and two different times I've used my cards for machines and I was still charged $9.75-10.00!! No reason for it especially when machine says $4.75 for 1 load. Once again, this facility is terrible. I put the normal amount of laundry soap into two machines, and both of the washing machines went into air. I talked to the staff and she informed me that there's nothing wrong with the machine that I put in too much laundry soap, but all I did was fill it to the indication shown on the machine and I had to pay again because my clothes are completely covered and detergent completely unacceptable and terrible service read more

Updating and upgrading my previous review. They have cut staff onsite, but the owners are reachable by phone and willing to work with customers to resolve issues, which is greatly appreciated. We had the machine eat our money and not upload it to the card due to an error, but we sent them a photo of the error and they were able to load the balance remotely. Frustrating because we had to go to another location, so I don't feel I can give a 5 star review, but I do appreciate the same day call back and willingness to make it right. read more

Spotless, good choice of different weight/size machines. We're travelling in an rv and were able to stop in the back laneway still leaving lots of room for others to pass/park and unload/load. Here is the current costs per load: 20lb Washer: $3.50 30lb Washer: $4.00 40lb Washer: $5.50 60lb Washer: $7.25 80lb Washer: $9.00 Old Fashioned Top Load Washer: $3.00 Dryer: 25 cents for 6 minutes. Wish they would just raise the price to $10.00 per load any size and make this a real exclusive laundry and install a Nespresso Machine, a Bathroom Attendant all times they are open, and a full time cleaning person so I don't have to clean my own folding table and remove hair and debris from the dryers. I would be a major regular here if they made these changes to keep that certain clientele out that just does not care what they put into the machines and damages the dryers. Make this a total class clean operation for those of us in upper income brackets that just don't have the time to shop for their own washing machine. read more

Could have easily been a much better rating however after I arrived and started doing my immense amount of laundry, one of the bigger machines (costing $8.25 per wash) not only charged my card twice but never actually started so I had to move my load to different washer and pay the $8.25 yet again...at least that one started. I'm not unreasonable, I understand there are machine mishaps and it is what it is. The problem was that there was no one actually there working so when this happened, I had no one I could inquire about for help or a refund. I ended up calling the phone number that is on the door/window/etc after someone told me that's how I could potentially get ahold of someone. Not only did they not answer either time that I called but they also never called back after I left a detailed message. As a cherry on top..there was a couple that asked me about how to get ahold of someone that worked there because they had a problem with their machine (different than mine might I add) in which I explained my situation so they ultimately had to solve their own problem as well. Overall, my clothes were eventually all cleaned/dried and I left. If the ultimate bare minimum is the reputation they are shooting for then they aced it. read more

Absolutely trash now. Such a terrible shame. Good luck finding a dryer. I totally get that it's a Sunday. Honestly, I do. That never used to be an issue though. There used to be an attendant who kept things moving and all the equipment worked, but now- no way. Standing in line for a dryer because 7 aren't working and those that are have been left unattended. Never again. I'll pay to have my blankets laundered somewhere before I ever recommend this place. BTW- that used to have a laundry service which they closed down. Maybe use that empty space for a couple dryers that work? I must say, I have only had 1 issue with a washing machine, but there was an attendant who took care of it immediately. read more

I've been coming to this establishment for a good minute , I've been to a few places in Huntington Beach around this location and was never happy with the results of the washers dryers will never fully dry my clothes you spent so much money but when I came here, man, I was super satisfied. The establishment is very clean. All the machines work very well, friendly people not to mention the owners very down-to-earth, very respectful, and on top of all their equipment if you have any issues, they're on top of that as well. I highly recommend this place to everyone not to mention they got a kids little zone with books toys and TV such a beautiful, awesome place highly recommend for everyone to come check it out. read more

Been coming here for years. The place is always so clean and even though there's a constant flow of people coming in and out, iv never had an issue getting my laundry done in a timely manner. This used to be the best place! Our washer/dryer broke and when we ordered a new washer it was on backorder. We had to use this location for months! At the time it was perfect and there were no issues the place was always clean etc. Recently I took my comforter and blankets to wash (in the giant 80 lb washer) Sometime during the cycle there was an "error". (I took the comforter /blankets off of my beds brought them to wash. ) I left multiple messages. When the person called me back she accused me of putting items in there full of animal hair. I have no pets. (She actually watched me load my blankets. ) She was so rude on the phone !!!!!! I have advised all my HB friends and family to stop using this place right away. They offered to send me a check for $7.50 to my house. . Like I would give these people my address. I am out over $100 because my stuff is ruined. I can tell you from 2019-2021 there no issues ever. Avoid this place if you can. I can get over some items being ruined but the treatment I received on the phone was unacceptable. My husband could not believe what the lady said to me on the phone and vowed to never use this business again. Good luck people! read more

I was looking for a new laundry mat close to home.. And this one did not disappoint. Very clean, every washer and dryer was working. They even have a little section for kids to play. I didn't see an attendant but the way it was well lit and looked to be well taken care of I didn't see a need to seek one out. The prices were a little higher than I'm use to but I think the quality of appliances are worth it . I especially liked the option to use coins or a card. Highly recommended. read more

I used to love LaunDream. It was always clean, they take cards and have an app so you can pay via your phone. It's now always dirty and half of the machines don't work. They also never have anyone on site anymore. Homeless people going in and out. It's sad to see it go downhill. read more

Used to love this place. Now it's way over priced and I've been charged $10 both the last times I used their machines when I was only supposed to be charged 6.50. Thought it was a fluke last time, but now with this second time I'll be calling the bank, be sure to double check your bank statements if you're using card. Whew, insane to think of carrying $7+ of quarters for a load of laundry lol. There is no signage stating a 10$ hold from what I've seen when inside so maybe you need more. I have lived near this laundry mat for the past 7 years and it looks as clean and new as it did from when I first went 7 years ago. The app makes it very easy to do your laundry and works off a point system so you earn laundry money as you are doing your laundry. The nice thing is by using the app you can keep track of what laundry machines you are using, and do not have to worry about having cash or quarters. My friend lives in Anaheim and purposely comes down here a couple times a month to knock out all their laundry because it is rare to see a laundry mat this nice. In regards to other reviews on here, Things like machines malfunctioning will happen in laundry mats all over and I've noticed the repairs here are done efficiently. Reliability overall is good here for the machines. But again the biggest thing is how clean the place is and well maintained the machines are, that's really what is in control of the business owners here and they do a great job! read more

I drive 15 minutes to come to this laundromat. It's clean, there are carts to use, and it's typically not too busy. I took my laundry here today and I noticed as i took them out of the dryer my clothes smelt completely of Indian food. I spent an hour and a half and loaded up my card with $40 to have my clothes coming out smelling like Indian food from the restaurant the laundromat shares a wall with. Not sure if this can be fixed, but it was very frustrating. read more

This used to be a nice place to do laundry, even though it was a bit pricey. They offer a card to load for your laundering or you can use an app which was convenient to reload and to check how many machines are available before visiting. The machines used to be nice and clean and well maintained, and the laundry service was still offered and staff was on site regularly. Now, many of the machines are out of order, leave soap and residue all over your clothes or only take quarters. A third of the dryers only take quarters or are out of order and a number of the remainder error out when you are waiting and don't work properly. Had to keep pressing start to get the remainder of my 28 minutes of drying and the clothes were still damp. There isn't enough room to stand here and watch your machines to make sure they keep going and they don't show errors when you pay. The cleaning staff is random and rude and the phone number just rings and rings. 4-7$ for a wash and $1+ isn't cheap and this place isn't worth it anymore sure to the state of the facility and the majority of dryers not working properly or at all. Not too mention people bringing wet clothes from home and taking up the working dryers. Very frustrating and disappointing that this business has gone downhill so fast in just a year. You're better off getting quarters and going somewhere else. read more
