End result - within 30 minutes after inspection we received the very detailed inspection report clearly showing pics of each defect with arrows and circles showing every detail.  We weren't looking for a deal or cheap we wanted detail on a comprehensive expert inspection and got exactly what we wanted. Couldn't be happier choosing them.
