Weapons-grade weirdness--never again. Not knowing them, I had the store handle an FFL transfer (my mistake). I called the store and asked Amanda how to begin. Following her instructions I had my friend send the item to the store's address. The morning it arrived, I called and asked when I should come by to finish the transaction and was stonewalled. Exasperated, the owner told me to come by at 3. When I arrived, I was chastised for not calling ahead (which I did) and arranging the transaction. I didn't want to get Amanda in trouble, and at this point it seemed as though the owner was looking for an excuse to send the item back to California, so I bit my tongue. While waiting on the paperwork, my friend called and asked how things were going (he knew of the weirdness earlier that morning and knew I'd be there at 3pm). I turned around and was quietly relaying to him how it was taking longer because the clerk didn't initiate the transfer and nobody knew about it, when Amanda started butting in on my private conversation in an attempt to defend her inaction. Overpaid ($50 for FFL), and got the hell out of there. Complete twilight zone, that place. read more

My husband and I took the gun safety course to get our concealed weapon permits. It was a great refresher course and would be a great course for beginners too! The instructor (Johnathan) is so patient and great at explaining! He takes the time to correct your shooting position, grip, etc. The one downfall to the course was that I wish we would've had more time out at the range and a little less time in the classroom. But overall great course!! read more

Initial reaction is wow good customer service. That's how you get hooked. Reality is bad customer service. Bought a Mesa tactical rail for my ksg took them forever to get it then when they did and we tried to have them install it, he wanted to charge extra. So, make money out of the rails, then make more money on putting it. That's just greedy in my opinion and I'm entitled to it. Ordered a small part for my HK 45. Never got the order and when asked he said he doesn't remember ordering it. Funny, the gun was also bought from his store. So, maybe my money was nit good enough for his business or lack there of or I wasn't good enough for his business. I hope none of the two as both would be discrimination. read more

My visit went smoothly. Sold a pistol for a fair price. Staff was friendly. Small businesses = small selection but I'm sure they could order anything. Some prices were high and FFL transfer fees are above average. I wouldn't go there for that. Overall satisfied customer. read more
