Food is delicious! Happy I found this little gem in Liberty Hill. My favorite is the savory pork bao. Fantastic!

Delicious food, friendly owners, and did I mention the food is outstanding?! From their Baos' to their dumplings, the chow mein, I have to say that everything I've eaten here thus far has been great. And this soup noodles with beef has me in a choke hold right now. Must try.

Red Dragon Bao is my first & favorite stop at any market I can find them! The service is always quick and informative if you're unsure about ingredients or unfamiliar with bao! If you see a cute red tent & bamboo baskets you're in the right place! The bao are a generous size so I usually get those if I am super hungry but my favorite are the steamed dumplings they serve with fresh chili oil. I could eat dozens upon dozens of them!!!! If you see them around town, Red Dragon Bao is a can't miss!

We tried their food at their stand at the market at the domain. We had the chicken dumplings, which are damn delicious. Love their homemade dragon sauce!! But the sichuan pork bao is a SENSATION!!! A good bun to filling ratio, you don't even need sauce for it because it's so good. The dragon sauce amplifies the flavor of that amazing piece of deliciousness (i had to go back for a round two)!! We will definitely go back and try the rest of their menu! Also, i would like to mention, the heat level is good for people who are not into spicy food.

Very friendly and great Baos. The chili crunch is amazing. I am going to buy a jar next time I go.

We had never eaten here before. It's the closest Chinese restaurant to us. (Wok and Grille in Lago…read moreVista is closer, but after a change of ownership, the food quality there dropped to 'unacceptable.') I ordered Mongolian beef and my wife chose cashew chicken. I had a large hot and sour soup and an order of four vegetable egg rolls. The soup was good but I was disappointed there were no little chunks of pork in it. The egg rolls were the worst I've ever tried to eat, after requesting soy sauce and hot mustard, which should've accompanied this dish. They were previously frozen and gooey inside. Just awful. The beef was tender and the onions were cooked perfectly in my Mongolian beef, but there was barely any sauce. Same with my wife's dish: very little sauce. Neither dish had much flavor. My Mongolian beef was supposed to be spicy. There were three peppers on my plate, but it wasn't spicy at all. I had to drench everything with hot oil. The hot tea was too weak to drink. I'm 74 and traveled the country for 35 years during my career working for a Japanese company. I ate at least one Asian meal per week at a Chinese, Japanese, Thai or sushi restaurant. I also cook delicious stir fry dishes with scratch made sauces.

Everything was cooked fine, but overall the food just lacked flavor. The beef lo mein, in particular, was surprisingly bland, which was a bit strange. The orange chicken was also just okay but not memorable either. It made me wonder if it's more of a seasoning or ingredient quality issue. With so many solid Chinese food options around, this one didn't really stand out enough for me to order from again.

I will say they used spinach instead of bok choy for the vegetable but I was ok with that. The service is super fast, too. It looked like they expanded their menu since the last time we ate here. We opted for a Shoyu Beef Ramen Soup and a Hot Pot Beef Noodle Soup. We grabbed our water cups and a carafe filled with iced water from their beverage fridge, and chose our table to sit at. We chose a location away from the front entrance, which faces west towards the sun. Our food was quickly brought out to us less than 5 minutes later, and our soups were very good. They have a very spicy broth for their Hot Pot Noodle Soup, which P2 really enjoyed. I was also happy with my shoyu ramen, which I thought was seasoned perfectly. The music here wasn't loud and it was easy to carry a conversation. The interior aesthetics of this place reminded me of a Japanese restaurant, despite this restaurant servicing Taiwanese fare. Unfortunately, they don't sell alcohol here. I would have loved to drink a beer here with its solid vibes. I took off a star because of the blinding sunlight that pours into the space. Each time we came, we had to be strategic on where we sat so that we or our friends didn't have to face the sun. But other than that, Noodly Alley continues to be a reliable choice for authentic Taiwanese food.
