The most amazing food truck I've been to since moving to the area! Cooking everything to order does take roughly 15mins but I PROMISE you, it's worth every second for the food! No need for any sauces unless you'd like to ad the chili oil for a kick! I will be craving the Xiao Long Bảó's weekly for sure! FINALLY GREAT CHINESE food along Hwy 29 between Georgetown and Burnet. Saw an ad for this food truck recently and it happened to be open on Sunday evening driving from Lake LBJ to Round Rock tonight. We asked the owner what was popular and she said steamed pork bao so we each go one. Also ordered 6 steamed pork dumplings (could have also chosen fried) to share. All were delicious and we did dose them with the chili sauce that was included in the package. Bamboo forks and a fortune cookie were a nice added touch. Everything was super flavorful and exceptionally tasty. We'll be back another Sunday when headed home. read more

What a delightful surprise-- amazing dim sum in Liberty Hill! I hope this place becomes a staple. I found them on Doordash and proceeded to order dinner from them two nights in a row. Red Dragon Bao is my first & favorite stop at any market I can find them! The service is always quick and informative if you're unsure about ingredients or unfamiliar with bao! If you see a cute red tent & bamboo baskets you're in the right place! The bao are a generous size so I usually get those if I am super hungry but my favorite are the steamed dumplings they serve with fresh chili oil. I could eat dozens upon dozens of them!!!! We tried their food at their stand at the market at the domain. We had the chicken dumplings, which are damn delicious. Love their homemade dragon sauce!! But the sichuan pork bao is a SENSATION!!! A good bun to filling ratio, you don't even need sauce for it because it's so good. The dragon sauce amplifies the flavor of that amazing piece of deliciousness (i had to go back for a round two)!! I was in the mood for dim sum, and I found Red Dragon Bao on Grubhub. Evidently, this place is a food truck in Liberty Hill. I ordered the Mini Savory Pork Bao and Steamed Pork Dumplings, and they did not disappoint. There was a good ratio of filling to dumpling, and the bao was nice and spongy. Excellent flavor! These bao are among the best I've ever had. It pairs nicely with a good Phoenix Oolong tea. Absolutely delightful! I'm so happy to have bao and dumplings so close to home.
