I tried 5 times to explain and she stridently talked over me. Told me we were rude, that because we are old we expected that the customer was always right. Yes Ashley we are! We called for empathy and a possible correction on the catsup and mustard in the future and ended up being told 1. Come get another hot dog. 2. We were rude to try and tell her about the condiments and 3. She didn't have to take us trying to get a word in sideways 4. That the customer is not always right. That we believed that because we were old I will never go back! We USED TO stop by a couple times a week! My kids visit from Lansing and love to stop by for memories sake. I will do everything I can to stop anyone from being insulted by a business owner If enough people want to be treated like we were treated ed today, I guess they will stay in business but...
