I went back and tried to talk with the staff calmly, but they refused any refund or exchange just because I had opened and tried it. I expect vape stores to sell products that are safe, transparent, and lab-tested, not ones with vague or unverifiable claims. Disappointed by the lack of accountability and support when I raised a legitimate concern. I won't be returning. If you're shopping here, do your own research before buying anything, especially expensive items. Not all products are what they seem.

The painted / decorated ceiling tiles added to this funky art -appreciative environment. Staff is knowledgeable about all products offered. They even have kilos of kratom available if you are a kratom lover. They offer the standard kratom stain colors, but in the kilo size it's just 'green' and you don't know what kind of green you're getting. I opted for a smaller version of the 'green' kratom which was of great quality. This place has a vibe you'll find yourself thinking of and smiling about. I'll return whenever I'm in the area.
