Safety 2/5 No railing on the pond, a dome shaped jungle gym, no way this is safe. Not to mention the cigarette butts laying around. We need better signage warning parents about this danger! Such a beautiful park! My kids volunteer here every month to pick up trash, it's fairly clean tho. The pond is so beautiful with the ducks. There's also a couple baseball fields and areas where soccer is practiced at. The walking area is around the pond which is so nice! There's plenty of parking as well. When we were there, there was a service that was setting up for an engagement proposal, like a picnic style. It was super cute! This is a really nice park! read more

I have lived in Rancho Cucamonga my whole life and I used to go here after school as a teenager, now as an adult my wife and I come here to play catch and walk around. Last night we came at night played on the swings a little, played catch, and then went and sat by the pond and enjoyed watching the ducks and listening to the water (since it was 9pm there weren't too many people so it was quiet). There were some little jerk kids (group of 4 or 5) walking around the pond picking up turtles and throwing them back in, no parents around. The photos look lighter because of my night mode on my Samsung but it was 9pm that these photos were taken. read more

We had our son's 18th birthday at Red Hill Park, and we had a blast! The park and the restrooms were clean (we brought hand soap, set covers, and a deodorizer to make sure our guests were able to use the restrooms comfortably. Restrooms and kids' playgrounds are close to the shelter we were located (shelter A,B & C). Brought our own volleyball court, which fit perfectly in the area. The location of the park is safe and close to stores and supermarkets in case you need to purchase any last-minute items for your party or gathering. We will definitely use this park again. read more

First time coming to this park and I love how spacious it is. The park is well kept and it's a great park to take pictures at. I came on a busy Saturday but I'm so glad I stayed to enjoy my food. There is ample of parking and if you can't find a parking stall you do have the option of parking on the street. I definitely plan on coming back! read more

Beautiful and large park, probably the best in the area. Lots of ducks and geese and tons of grass, i highly recommend. However it always irks me to see people feeding the birds as if its not posted everywhere that you shouldnt be doing that. I urge you all to please read up why you shouldn't... it messes up a ton of stuff for them like their migration. I'd wish there was some enforcement or at least people around calling them out on it more but what can you do... its just really disappointing to see people being selfish like that, messing up the birds just so they can get a bit of fun. I guess its a problem anywhere with birds but still. Makes me sad. read more

It is a really nice park to take your dogs on a walk or have a little picnic. Lots of people use this park to take pictures. While there one day we saw a family taking the turtles out of the water and letting their children handle them and one of the kids was just tossing them back into the water. I nicely told them that they probably shouldn't be handling them and one the little girls agreed and placed them back into the water. The city really needs to place signs asking NOT to handle the turtles! read more

We are from Massachusetts and we rented a shelter at this park (D south) for a gathering. It was right near the parking lot and bathrooms which made it very easy to access for all of our guests. The kids enjoyed the playground nearby. The lake was nearby and very pretty. The soccer lovers didn't have to go far to find a good place for a pick up game. There were tables enough for our 40 guests and a nice place to set up our food. My only complaint is that the shelter roof is not solid. It is slatted like a pergola. Red Hill Community Park is one of the largest parks in the area. They have an exercise trail (approx 1 mile), 5 covered picnic shelter areas, 2 lighted baseball fields, 2 lighted softball fields, 2 lighted soccer fields, 2 childrens' equipment play areas, a half acre lake with duckies and turtles and 3 parking lots. My go-to parking lot is the 3rd parking lot coming from baseline, where the stop sign is, because it is the closest parking lot to the lake. My family and I met here over the weekend to celebrate my nephew's birthday. We wanted to be responsible and safe during the pandemic and Red Hill Community Park allowed us to be. It was outdoors and we only had immediate family, less than 10 people! We brought our own table, chairs, picnic blanket, snacks and treats. The park was huge enough we were able to stay super far away from anyone else. In addition to my nephew's birthday celebration, we normally have an annual tradition to go to the pumpkin patch together. Since that would be too crowded and risky, we thought it was safer to buy some pumpkins and fall decorations to put up a mini family pumpkin patch. It was a successful event and we were able to maintain our traditions. Red Hill Community Park was a great place for my family to get together and get some fresh air. I highly recommend coming here if you are local and need a spot for some safe outdoor exercise. There were others here walking, jogging, rollerblading on the trail. Families were here to picnic and walk their dogs. There were even cute outdoor dates. Everything was so peaceful, just for a brief moment, we could all take a break from the pandemic. Just take your mental health breaks safely and responsibly! read more

Love coming here for the three pickleball courts. When the courts are busy, there is a queueing system where paddles are placed on the tables and four players switch out after each game. The regulars generally enforce it pretty well so this is a good location for open play if you're looking to play a game. read more

We were in the Area with nothing to do and decided to take the kids to Red hill . It was such a beautiful park with so many things for the kids to do . From the jungle gyms to the Duck ponds . To the baseball fields and tennis courts ! It really is a clean family friendly park . There was birthday parties,Quincianera lowrider photo shoots ,baseball games, and families enjoying there beautiful pets and there was still more then enough room for my little family to have our foot races and games of tag!bubble party and photo shoot lol this is your sign to visit the park . I don't like coming here nearly as much as I used to. Since COVID, more people are outdoors, so this place gets crowded fast. The walking paths are too narrow in a certain section or two and I wish more paths were created so everyone's not walking along the same one. If you don't mind driving durther, go to a regional park, but NOT Cucamonga-Guasti. It's not good. read more

A spacy and nice park located in Rancho Cucamonga. There are plenty of parking spaces and some picnic tables and chairs. There is also plenty of grass and open areas for picnics. You might want to get there early in the summer though because shades are limited. there is a cute little duck pond with a trail connecting the whole park. There is also a playground area for kids. However, the ground for the playground is all sand. Good for kids but It can be annoying to clean the sands. I met some friendly parents and it was a nice experience. read more

This is a great park with a so many different things to do. This park has three pickleball courts that typically has a good amount of people there playing. There's a nice trail for walking/running that is about 1 mile long. Overall this is a great park for sport, relaxing or picnicking. read more

Ive been here before w my man for their summer nights festival. We like to come bc the Kona shaved ice truck stops here lol BUTTT this review is for today sept 2. We came to eat lunch here. As we were leaving my phone fell out of my purse. I didn't even notice until we were almost to a Rochester. Me & my partner share locations so i had him track my phone. It was still at the park ... but it was moving!!! We raced back and what did we find? The park ranger announcing a lost phone! Wow what other community park would go above and beyond for a phone. Not just that but the kind person who turned it in :) love how the universe works. Good vibes. Good park!! Also the park is huge and has a nice pond. Deff come check it out lol read more

I used to live here at Rancho and we used to pass by this park once a week, it's huge! Very big to the point where you will start to wonder and become curious whats in this park? Well, there is a big pond! Full of ducks! An area with tables where you can grill some bbq and food, a playground with swings(for kids and adults), a playground for kids, a baseball field, a bike path, and many more. There is also a stage there there. I remember going to this place back in 2015 and the pond was closed due to construction, it was during the time when California was in a drought and needed to preserve water, so they took out the pond for a bit and took out that fountain that would launch water in the air about 30 ft tall, and they just put the pond back for the ducks. We went here yesterday and it was deja vu for me and missed this place so much. We decided to stop by this place during a busy day and busy schedule and took about half an hour out of our time to just enjoy ourselves here. The swings were fun, and there were a lot of kids here around 4pm enjoying themselves. There was also a lot of people at the pond area feeding bread to the ducks which was funny because the ducks would just swarm into one corner and race each other thinking who would get the first bite of bread. Btw, a lot of people say that the bathrooms are "haunted" not really sure if they were or not but yeah just wanted to put that out there read more

Red hill Park is beautiful! There are several playgrounds and a nice walking trail that circles the park. Great for walking the fur babies. The baseball fields are very well kept. I grew up watching my uncle play baseball with the Citrus League and now I watch my son play his baseball games here with his league. My husband planned many picnics for us here near the pond where we would feed the ducks and watch the clouds roll by. There are many gorgeous parks in the beautiful city of Rancho Cucamonga and Redhill Park is one of my favorites. read more
