We are absolutely in love with how many trees there are for shade and so much greenery around. The view from the park to the mountains is absolutely breathtaking. The park is also well maintained. No trash or tagging at the park. Just occasionally dog poop on the sidewalk but not enough to be a huge complaint. The restrooms are also pretty clean, no hand soap our paper towels to dry your hands. We love that the park has a playground for the bigger kids and a separate playground for the younger kids such as babies and toddlers. The each have their orb sets of swings as well with 4 seats for the older kids and 4 seats for the younger kids. Also has a basketball court that's on the side.

There is a beautiful monument for Veterans. They have a mailbox type thing, where you can add memory items. I imagine in the future they will open it up and show what stuff was like in our time? There seems to be a community center or senior center within the park. We didn't go in the actual building but we could see that there was a gym inside. There are some beautiful areas and we saw someone doing an actual professional photoshoot. The grounds are definitely perfect for that. Plenty of parking available.

There's an elementary (?) school on the southern edge of the park but we rarely see any kids playing in the park. There are also two tennis courts that have permanent pickleball lines painted on them. One of the drawbacks is the large electrical structures that run through the park but they aren't in the way and the park is maintained very well. There are always people walking, riding bikes or just laying on the grassy areas and, even though it seems like it could be a little sketchy, particularly at night, we've never seen any criminal activity. There isn't a lot of shady areas or trees but there are park benches and bbq spots available. If you're looking for a park to let your dogs run or just a cool place to take a stroll, you can do worse than this park ;)
