I was very impressed to see that the equipment he used was newer and very robust.....Easy to work with as we showed him the different areas and he pointed out some heavily soiled areas which included well used stairs...We were hoping for the best with the stairs especially since we rented a few carpet cleaners with very little success. His equipment pulled so much of the soil out of the stairs and other areas he cleaned we were more than satisfied. Based on all of the great local reviews of this company, I asked Red Hot Carpet Care to come clean my really old carpet last week. I was not disappointed. Bill really takes pride in his work. He is kind and cleaned the old carpets at my house really well. I didn't think they could look this great considering how old and seriously dirty they were. And if that wasn't enough, the next day after they dried, I noticed that there was some residual stuff. He offered to come back. It turned out that there was candle wax on the carpet. He brought the truck back, and turned up the heat, and made this old red carpet look great. He got down and snipped the carpet snags of 15 years because they were part of why the carpet didn't look better. It seems like he didn't want to leave until my carpet was perfect.
