I have an aged dog, and a very small shared rental - essentially a 1 br in a single room. The area rug that covered most of the floor between my dressers and my bed was urine soaked. And I think I have an evil roommate who is opening the door to the other pets when I'm out of the house, as the small area rug smelled like cat - a wholly different smell. I decided to clean the rug, although it could have been replaced for relatively the same cost. But I like it as I've had it for 18 years. The small rug I just chucked and got another at HD for $20. So I sent out a couple bids, and Dave got back right away. He clinched the deal but saying "I'll do what I can for your dog." I am very happy with my newly cleaned carpet by Advanced Dry Carpet Care. David, the owner and his employee did an excellent job in getting dirt up and out, including a few stains. The carpet looks whiter and newer. David answered all my questions on the first call and I hired him right then. They arrived ahead of time and got to work right away, working consistently and efficiently. I want to stress how easy it was to work with David. I had concerns about the cleaning solutions, and David read out the ingredients of their plant-based biodegradable materials. I'm not a chemist so I looked them up on Google and was satisfied that they were biodegradable and environmentally benign. I was also concerned with their cleaning method and how long the carpets would take to dry. Turns out this is one of Advanced's strengths. They don't saturate the carpets with hot water, instead they spray them with their concentrated cleaners just enough to do the job, and have a method using towel-like materials to intensely agitate and thoroughly pick up the dirt and any excess waters. The carpets dried quickly in less than two hours. Really, I wish I had heard of them ages ago! This is the way carpet cleaning should be. This is a local Sonoma County company and David the owner does the job himself, so you know he cares to do the best job possible. We were told our large natural fiber rug could not be professionally cleaned or it would be ruined. We called Dave hours before an event at our home and he came right over and did an immaculate job. It involved detailed craftsmanship cleaning a large natural fiber rug which could only be hand cleaned.
