I had booked a French pedicure with Summer and instead today I received pink, thick and messy paint on my toes( see photo). She was unable to properly cut my toe nails or remove cuticle ("we don't do that here"), and didn't remove dead skin from feet and left the end of the large toenails rough. She also didn't know how to put white on tips (which would never have worked over the thick paint anyway). It took 40 minutes including some soaking time at the beginning. Cost was $35 without a tip. Entire waste of my time. Now, I have to go get another pedicure elsewhere today. People were nice... just not qualified for doing pedicures. Please stick to hair services or learn proper pedicure processes.

Additionally, I have witnessed stylists publicly humiliate customers in front of a shop full of clients, because the customer was unhappy with their haircut. Overall not worth it for such an under-qualified, unprofessional, and unfriendly staff. I called to speak with the owner of the shop (Bryan Kloote) after receiving a very unfriendly voicemail from Him which I have saved as part of ongoing legal action, only to be belittled, insulted, spoken to with extreme condescension, and then hung up on when voicing my experience. The owner also clearly has zero idea as to what is happening in his shop, and VERY quick to side against the customer if "his stylists" are being criticized in any way. If this is how this shop treats customers, I would surely never let my son or daughter enter such a negative atmosphere. The shop also constantly Smells of cigarettes and marijuana, which could be the customers, but the consistency raises suspicions. One stylist in particular (Megan) turned away a weekly client because he did not like a haircut from months prior, and proceeded to use malicious insults (in front of children) and sanctimonious tone to force this client to reluctantly Leave the shop clearly embarrassed as a crowd of customers watched. I personally have gotten haircuts from almost every stylist currently working in that shop, and each one was very clearly lacking fundamental knowledge of cosmetology. Frankly I am Surprised that this place has not yet been shut down. such blatant health code violations and intentional disregard for customer safety, satisfaction, and comfortability are simply shocking. After such a negative experience and seeking justification from the owner only to experience a conversation with an immature, incapable, jaded, and unintelligent business owner, I highly recommend avoiding at all costs.
