She turned my hair ginger with stripes after and had to redo it twice in the same session and it still wasn't right. I walked out patchy bright stripes. She fried my hair and dyed it every color except the one I wanted. I was very straightforward and clear about what I wanted. She even messed up on the toner. I told her I like ashy tones and she toned it warm saying she thought it would fit me better. She eventually called a co worker over to help her and she said "I keep f*cling it up" in front of me. lol So no don't go here unless you want to walk out in tears and having to find and pay for someone to fix their mistakes

The colors, treatments, and products last longer and are more effective than things I've tried in the past. The atmosphere is warm. It's a beautiful place to spend a few hours on self-care. During my last visit, I noticed other customers getting really gorgeous color mixes and treatments from the other stylists working near me as well. Also, please don't be a bad client, as I was missing my appointment. However, when I did so, they rescheduled me the next day and gave me no guilt for being inconsiderate. Don't miss the boutique. The collection is artistically displayed and a pleasure to walk through. The dressing rooms are spacious. There is zero pressure to buy either hair products or boutique items, which of course, makes buy a lot more of them, but I have no regrets.

Downloaded the app and was able to make an appointment online. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and checked in. Teheran salon is clean, bright and the temperature, on a VERY hot day was comfortable. There were 3 stylists, one had already started on a client just before the 9am opening time. My appointment was with Naomi and she was ready for me when I arrived. I was escorted to my seat and asked about what I wanted. W discussed the length and was offered a shampoo, included in the price of the cut. I loved that each station had a shampoo bowl! My cut was exactly what I asked for. Naomi dried my hair and after putting a bit of product on to, it looked great. The cost was reasonable and exactly what was listed online. I will be back in about 2 months to maintain the length, and maybe go a tad bit shorter!
