I visited a couple weeks ago as part of my bridal plan, so I scheduled four different services, including three waxes and a facial. I ended up adjusting my package to three of the four services while I was there due to my tolerance with waxing. Upon leaving, the shop STILL CHARGED me for the service that was not provided. I kindly requested to remove the charge and the store would not. I ended up talking to the owner, and she said she would get back with me about refunding my card, and I never heard back. I hope this shop reconsiders their policies and how they treat first time guests. I will definitely not give my business again, nor recommend it to anyone. I have also talked to other friends and they have had much better experiences with intimate waxes at other locations, I would look elsewhere.

This is the first time I have ever been sugared and let you me tell you she's absolutely amazing!!! I was so nervous that I was sweating and she put my mind at ease. She was very informative, kind and just has a way of helping you relax in an awkward situation (I mean your legs are spread bald eagle with a complete stranger how relaxed can you get right) well she will distract you with great conversation and then boom you're done. I had booked a French pedicure with Summer and instead today I received pink, thick and messy paint on my toes( see photo). She was unable to properly cut my toe nails or remove cuticle ("we don't do that here"), and didn't remove dead skin from feet and left the end of the large toenails rough. She also didn't know how to put white on tips (which would never have worked over the thick paint anyway). It took 40 minutes including some soaking time at the beginning. Cost was $35 without a tip. Entire waste of my time. Now, I have to go get another pedicure elsewhere today. People were nice... just not qualified for doing pedicures. Please stick to hair services or learn proper pedicure processes.
