I visited a couple weeks ago as part of my bridal plan, so I scheduled four different services, including three waxes and a facial. I ended up adjusting my package to three of the four services while I was there due to my tolerance with waxing. Upon leaving, the shop STILL CHARGED me for the service that was not provided. I kindly requested to remove the charge and the store would not. I ended up talking to the owner, and she said she would get back with me about refunding my card, and I never heard back. I hope this shop reconsiders their policies and how they treat first time guests. I will definitely not give my business again, nor recommend it to anyone. I have also talked to other friends and they have had much better experiences with intimate waxes at other locations, I would look elsewhere.

This is the first time I have ever been sugared and let you me tell you she's absolutely amazing!!! I was so nervous that I was sweating and she put my mind at ease. She was very informative, kind and just has a way of helping you relax in an awkward situation (I mean your legs are spread bald eagle with a complete stranger how relaxed can you get right) well she will distract you with great conversation and then boom you're done. A couple of Google searches and Acquario was one of the places at the top of my list. What tipped them over the top was the online booking capabilities. I booked an appointment online with Sydney and had my cut last night. Both Sydney and the person working the front desk were extremely nice and friendly; offered me tea/coffee/water, took my coat, etc. and made me feel welcome. Sydney introduced herself and after a quick consultation, she got right to work, starting with a relaxing scalp massage. Throughout the cut, Sydney was extremely professional and efficient. She asked for my preference in shampoo and styling gel (I don't like the men's line Aveda has) and used all of my favorites. I'll definitely book again with Sydney based on my experience yesterday.
