    I recently got married in July at The Westin in Carlsbad, Ca and Hannah was my wedding planner. From the moment I sent her an email she responded immediately about setting up a meeting at Starbucks to discuss my wedding vision. My personality is very laid back so I knew I need a planner that would execute my wedding vision when it came to talking with vendors and the location coordinator. I knew within minutes of meeting Hannah she was just the woman I needed to make the wedding of my dreams come true! Hannah is very organized, funny, hard working and someone you can TRUST! I knew I would be in good hands with her and I know you will be to! She's the real things and I am willing to recommend 110% to my closest friends and family.

We attended performances of three bands on a Thursday evening organized by the Six String Society. We were there to see the band, Daring Greatly. They won, Song of the Year at the 2023 San Diego Music Awards. The Centre is located above the Lexus dealership and attached to Vintana Wine + Dine, owned by Cohn Restaurant Group. A limited menu and cash bar was available. The food provided by Vintana was excellent, the beverage line much too long. As someone who has planned events in every career role I have had, I feel the space could have been better arranged. The Centre has various venue choices of different sizes. They are used for weddings, reunions and celebrations of all types. They may not need to be booked but it would be great to see more non- profit, charitable and flex functions here in the future. On top of that we wanted to have delicious food and they succeeded our expectations. Genevieve was our event coordinator and we had great communication from day one. At the day of the event Rebecca and Holly were amazing in control of things making the night stress free for us. Garret our bar tender made delicious drinks and kept the schedule smooth according to plan. There were no surprises since everything was very clear in our contract. Thank you for making a memorable night for my daughter!

Pictures that are posted don't even do it justice. They have beautiful flower features (including variety of flowers, tropical flowers and trees, upkept planetary), BEAUTIFUL water features like a little steam under this dramatic gorgeous bridge, this INSANE waterwall , and this little water fall book in the back corner perfect for photos and private moments before you big event. Comes with chairs and tables and the staff that help set it up and take down. They have some additional things you can do as well like have the arch or lawn games, but what is the best part of it all is that you can really make you event what you want it to be. Our wedding came out PERFECT and there wasn't one guest that didn't RAVE about how beautiful the venue was, ceremony was, the flow and layout of the venue, the features, and more. Everything is in one place, and the flow is so easy to navigate yet you have the ability to make different options of choices. Truly a make it your own! Day-of Coordination: Elena stood out not only on the wedding day but also in the months leading up to it. She was incredibly helpful during the planning process--offering thoughtful insight into creating a seamless timeline and even helping with ideas for decor and place settings tailored to our outdoor, beachy (and occasionally windy!) wedding. She thought of every detail, from preparing us in advance to get those dreamy photos (like the first kiss and cake cutting) to ensuring everything ran on schedule without a hitch. On the day, Elena was a true lifesaver. From the rehearsal to the ceremony and reception, I never once had to worry about where I needed to be or what was next. She kept everything moving smoothly, pointing me in the right direction while allowing me to fully enjoy the company of our guests and the magic of the day. And she always made sure we were taken care of (never without a drink in hand!). Her leadership and attention to detail made it all so effortless for us. I booked her early and we initially just did a couple meetings to discuss our vision and needs regarding coordination, vendor contracts and florals since we did not need a full-planning service, only partial. She was always upfront and gave me honest opinions especially when it came to where to splurge and save, and what could look good and what wouldn't. The last 2 months is where she really shined, helping us follow up with vendors on details, setting deadlines for me to book rentals, reviewing contracts and constantly doing sanity checks when I needed it. The day of, she came extremely prepared, everything flowed smoothly (except some technical issues on part of the venue) and she was great at going with the flow and just letting the vibe and natural mood of the day go, and fixing whatever problems I threw at her. We also had her as our florist and she truly out did herself- her prices were incredibly reasonable and she handled everything like a champ when her assistant got sick the day of the reception. She also took my back and forth floral design suggestions and changes very well, as I am quite particular on details in some areas and deferred to her expertise in others. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and nothing was overlooked. The level of care and attention they brought to every aspect of the day was incredible. Even the smallest details that mattered deeply to us were executed flawlessly. Throughout the day, we felt completely taken care of. Their calm professionalism allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. Rachel even made a mid-dinner stain on my dress disappear as if it had never happened. And while we know they can't technically control the weather, we're still convinced they found a way to turn an 85% chance of rain into the most beautiful sunny day imaginable. We are endlessly grateful for the care, creativity and heart they brought to our wedding. It was everything we dreamed of and more, and we couldn't have imagined a better team by our side. Their use of Aisle Planner was incredibly helpful. We loved that it allowed us to have multiple logins for family members and let us keep track of all contracts, timelines, and details in one place. Molly and Rachel were always quick to respond to any questions we had and they kept us on track every step of the way. I never felt like I had to check in or worry about what needed to be done because I knew they would let us know exactly when something needed attention. They know Scripps Seaside Forum so well and gave us the best vendor recommendations. We truly loved every single referral they provided. Even once peak wedding season began, we never felt overlooked. They continued to be responsive and attentive, even on weekends when they were busy working other weddings. Molly and Rachel are professional, organized, knowledgeable, and have such a great eye for design. On our wedding day when the weather unexpectedly changed, they made the transition to Plan B feel seamless. They gave me their honest opinion about what would make our guests most comfortable and create the best experience given the circumstances, which I appreciated so much.
