He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They found a nail and he got the patch done on an expedited way so that I could leave in a couple of hours instead of taking a whole day ! I was also missing the star on one of the wheels and he was able to get a replacement at no charge ! While waiting , nearly all staff members smiled and acknowledged every single client and the team at the service reception were helpful and professional. I will be returning for all service related needs going forward maybe even for when I change cars ! Got the first 2 cars at the Newmarket dealership which I think is the same ownership.

Instead the driveway has a sign for the neighbouring VW dealer, and by the time you realise you've past it, there's no turning back, just a long drive back. But maybe that is a blessing, because if you don't go to this place, you can't be ripped off, or treated appallingly. I've tried a few times, but each time I leave shaking my head. Either they've refused to honour an appointment I've made because "Too many other customers have shown up unexpectedly." Or they quote grossly inflated charges for menial service. Virtually every scheduled oil change since the car was paid off results in a fee of over $1000.00 dollars with repairs for some item. I then took the vehicle to another Toyota dealership, where they performed a throttle body and EFI system cleaning. The issue was immediately resolved, and fuel economy returned to normal -- confirming there was a clear and demonstrable cause.
