The experience began poorly. We arrived at 5:00 pm. Not too crowded. We stood at the reception / host table with no one else around for 6 minutes. Servers walked by and did not acknowledge our party. People came in behind us. The reception area was full before anyone came to greet us and seat us. Finally a different server asked if we were being helped, then took us to a seat. The floors were not clean and the tables in our section appeared hastily cleaned. There were spots and small bits of debris on the tables. Just not a good impression; appears there is little pride in the place. The wait staff for our table was attentive, informed, and pleasant. Our main dishes were pleasant: snow crab. However the sides were overlooked, mushy, and not seasoned. The crab was delicious. That was the highlight of our experience. As I consider this, I must wonder about the leadership of this particular establishment: where is the checking / accountability? Where is the intentionality for a friendly welcome? The biggest waste of $50 I've ever spent. The artichoke dip was watery and tasteless, linguine tasted like plain boiled noodles, couldn't even eat my ultimate feast. Upon initial entry we could tell that the restaurant was a little out of date and that some of the decor was in disrepair. The one good thing about the interior was that it was very clean. When we sat at the table, 3 out of the 6 sets of silverware were dirty and had stuck on food particles. The server, instead of bringing out fresh silverware, brought us plastic utensils. The server that we had was very pleasant and friendly, but the service was a little lacking. Our beverages were never refilled, we had items missing from our meal and whenever we would ask for extra items they were forgotten and never brought. the only saving grace was the servers personality and the fact that he loaded us up on those delicious signature Red Lobster biscuits. I provided my name and he gave me that order with no apology, with no response to the situation. The guests at the counter and I was shock and we just shook our heads in disbelief. After examining my receipt I notice that my order was ready at 3: 51pm. To all who prefer curbside service, think twice before using this location. As for the individual behind the counter and who ever was operating to the curbside service, you displayed disrespect and no concerns toward the customers which reflect on the organization. As far as reporting the situation to the manager, that would have been a waste of time. Based on the number of workers sitting on the patio and in their cars during a busy time, it was clear management did not have control of their staff. Due to the confusing phone attendant I accidentally placed the order again. Called back again and avoided that then waited a LOOOONG time on hold to get to a server. I can only rate a chain restaurant based on customer service, atmosphere, and overall experience. The service here was friendly and our food came fast on a Saturday evening... Maybe a little too fast. The biscuits weren't as cheesy as we're used anther the salads were warm (yuck) vs the standard cold plated style they usually are served. This restaurant is also set up different; very open floorplan and the kitchen is open in plain view. That was the first I'd seen this in a Red Lobster. I prefer the traditional floorplan with the dim lights etc... But it was different so some will like it and some not. I felt like the table over was way too close to us almost like we were in eachothers coversation it was a bit awkward. Might as well have joined the tables we were literally an arm's length away. My wife and I was craving Red Lobster. We went to the location on Two Notch Rd., only to be disappointed. My ordered the special with the Salmon, Lobster Tail and Shrimp. The Lobster tail was overcooked and was like rubber. We told the server about the issue, she apologized and took it back. I ordered the 12oz NY Strip with broccoli and a side of Shrimp Scampi. I asked for my steak to be cooked med- well to well. Sad to say, my steak was cooked VERY WELL done. I can tell the weight was placed on the steak and my broccoli was undercooked. At this point, I decided to keep the food because it took a while to get our food and I was hungry. While we were waiting for the replacement Lobster Tail, our server had told us that it takes 13 minutes to cook the tail. I had to inform her that that wasn't correct because I used to cook and manage restaurants over a course of 20yrs. When we received the bill, I was charged for the replacement tail. The server told me that she was told to ring in the Lobster Tail so the kitchen could see it. I wouldn't recommend going to this location during dinner. Maybe it's better during lunch. read more

Would like to give some feedback on recent visit on 02/25/22. I have always loved Red Lobster but this past visit was awful the service was bad had to keep asking for things because waiter would I guess forget to bring it after asking the first time. Ordered the shrimp cocktail and ate some of it was going to take the rest home upon realizing that half of it was raw not sure about what I ate but felt sick a few days after. Ayanna was our waitress and she was very attentive but respected our space as we sat and visited awhile after we finished lunch which was very good. But the best thing about Ayanna and the management team at this Red Lobster is that I left my credit card there and didn't realize it until a week later.
