We had 4 kids with us and they were hungry and bored so waiting an hour was an eternity for them. Finally food arrived and one meal we ordered came with the wrong pasta. The menu said Viel Parmesan came with Penne but Spaghetti was delivered instead. When we questioned why the meal wasn't what matched the menu we got a "the menu is wrong". They DID correct it but was kind of a shock to be told that as an acceptable answer. Finally after we were all done and asked for the cheque, again we were left waiting. Close to 30 minutes to pay and leave. The table next to us said they also were waiting a long time to leave the restaurant and complained about the delays. We had to get up and find a manager in order to give them money for the food we consumed. Overall this is not the experience I expected from this establishment. The server apologized and told me that all the senior staff took this weekend off and left trainees and new people. Management never made any rounds, never saw them trying to assist with the orders and instead stood and just "watched". Won't be back for a while personally. Total time in the restaurant was 2 hours. Tell me the last time you entered a half empty restaurant and waited two hours to eat and pay.
