We arrived in Sudbury very late, and it was a holiday. Not a lot of restaurants was open but the front desk clerk suggested Milestones if they're open. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing. We seated ourselves and found a waitress to help us. The food and service was exceptional considering by this time it was almost closing time. We never felt rushed or ignored. Our waitress stopped by and advised us on how to exit when we're ready to go. I will visit again when I am back in Sudbury. read more

Too much flavor is lost for all dishes I ordered today. Crispy chicken tastes dry，blend and greasy. I question if it is made in this week or microwaved frozen food？The mushroom sauce was dreadful and really salty. I would like to begin with the fact that the atmosphere and service are both amazing at Milestones. My fiance and I used to regularly visit this establishment, however, since the menu change last year we have not returned. The menu change resulted in the loss of multiple fantastic dishes, including the yam fries appetizer with 3 amazing dips, and the chicken parm. The yam fries were replaced with root vegetable fries and the 3 dips went down to one that, in comparison, was subpar. All dishes served with normal fries were changed to these root veg fries. I'm sure many people enjoy the new menu, however for us, it has killed any chance of us returning. read more

Milestones Sudbury provided me with the absolute worst experience while out for my 5 year wedding anniversary with my husband. While sipping on wine waiting for our appetizer to arrive, we were abruptly disturbed by yelling coming from behind the kitchen. A what seemed like, manager, was yelling and shouting to our server. Calling her names "idiot" "dumb" "stupid" while using cuss words in between. This was outrageous to experience, and would not wish to do it all over again. Terrible experience. Amazing food and service! Fancy, Trendy setting, beautiful decor inside-- a real treat for special occasions or an impressive date!! I went with a group of 10 people and we all loved it, they were able to accommodate our large group at the last minute, (you don't hear that very often!!). I had the Chicken Harissa with quinoa pilaff and vegetables-- it was simply incredible. Our group tried 3 appetizers the goat cheese and fig jelly, Brie/pesto flat bread and warm spinach dip, all delicious and very large shareable portions. Others at my table said that the steak was cooked to perfection, the seafood pasta was made to order (with extra roasted garlic) and was exactly what he was hoping for, the burgers were big and juicy! Not a single complaint. I would highly recommend going and I'll definitely be back soon!! read more

Went on a Friday night with my significant otter. We chose a seat on the patio, which was both spacious and comfortable. The staff was efficient and polite. The food was above average for Sudbury. Presentation was especially nice. I would eat here again, and would recommend it. read more

I went to Milestones because I have gone to other locations, and loved the restaurant. This time however, I wasn't impressed. I called prior to going, so I could make a reservation for my fiancee and I to have a nice dinner out, but was told they only have a very small number of reservations, and they were booked completely. It seems you can't get a reservation if your not booking it almost a couple weeks early, which really puts that nice romantic dinner out of the option if you don't plan things the month in advance. We went anyways, and had to wait in a very very crowded entryway. People were bumping into you, moving around you, it was chaos. When we finally got seated about an hour later, my mother and father inlaw had managed to join us, after they arrived there by coincidence. We all ordered our meals, while seated in a booth, which had what I'm hoping was caulking from the installation still on the wall and the glass divider. Otherwise it looked like someone had coughed, sneezed, or spit on it in numerous places, and it had never been washed. When the food finally arrived, the amount of salt on my steak was insane, and almost made you want a sip of water with every bite. My mother in laws prime rib wasn't even cooked properly, and had to be sent back to cook longer. Prior to the bill being paid, I went to the waitress on my way to the bathroom, and asked her to bring me the bill, as I woudl cover it all. My fiancee and I had been wanting to use up our christmas gift cards when we were initially going, so I asked her to take them off the bill, and advised I would pay the remaining bill for the Table. Unfortunately, despite me providing her my credit card for the remainder once the bill was done, she told me she could not keep the card or pay the bill incase there was desert orders and she would have to bring me the bill. I was fine with that, and asked she merely bring me the remaining bill at the table when it was ready. I had hoped for a professional discretion, and not to have it made a big deal, but that was certainly not the case. When our waitress brought me the bill, she brought me back the gift card that were empty, loudly announced that the card was now empty, and asked if I would like it back for reuse later. I was not overly impressed to be honest, especially when I had intentionally attempted to take care of the bill prior. After all of this, I went to pay with my visa, and the machine, Automatically added the 15% gratuity to the total without my being able to change it. Frankly with the service, I may have been getting generous by tipping 10%. I was not impressed, and had hoped Sudbury finally had a fine dining restaurant which would come with some class, but apparently all we got was another high cost dinner that's service is probably lower than that of McDonalds. Drinks were good.. sad the food wasn't up to par.. Milestones is one of my favorite franchise restaurants, I guess they just don't hire the right chefs in Sudbury, eh? I had the ravioli squash pasta with spicy toasted pecans and the sauce had a weird taste to it, it didn't taste fresh and had a chemical taste to it.. the squash filling inside the ravioli was okay.. I would never order a dish like this from here again.. I will go to an Italian restaurant for this one. Hire better chefs or I either order a different dish next time read more

Went to Milestones Sudbury as we have always had a great experience with the chain in cities we have worked in. Only one server it seemed and she was busy flirting with a gent while we waited. Finally came and took drink order then back to gent again. Received first drink then waited again while flirting went on. Finally took menu orders. Asked to replenish drinks at bar and it was referred to flirter server. Received steak order, less than warm. Did not return as I didn't need someone horking on my steak. Flirter server hanging out with guy again. Asked for separate checks. Then shows up without debit machine. Finally gets the ordeal completed then she is back flirting again. This server wearing jeans, not a dress as usual with a Milestones (not a problem but pissed enough to mention it)... Left a negligible tip, a better insult than no tip. Spent two weeks on job in Sudbury. Worst experience of all the restaurants we visited. Franchisee needs to be on top of his staff .. read more
