I recently went to get a mani and pedi... I got my nails done by manager tammy and she did her big one! no nicks or pricks on my feet nor hands which normally happens when i go to other artists. the vibe was very swell. i was able to speak freely and my technicians responded thoroughly and enthusiastically :)

Horrrrrrible. I don't think I've had my nails done this poorly. The guy who did them was rushing and so rough, he even ripped open a hangnail I had. Left with paint all over my hands - didn't realize til I got in the car. Just grinded my nail polish off instead of soaked them first. My toes look even worse :( with chunks missing

My go-to nail spot in South Phoenix! Today's service did feel a little rushed and not their best quality but it's Easter weekend and they were busy. I got a pedicure, full set, and eyebrow wax. Even though the service seemed rushed (this isn't always the case) everything turned out good!

Every time I have come here, the nail polishes have been the same color pink. My sister and I picked very vastly colored, light pink colors, and they both came out neon. The nail technician was in a rush, and they made us wait 30 minutes even tho they stated the wait would be 5. I wanted to like to this place and have given it several tries. When I called the salon to voice our concerns, the owner stated she did not care if she received a 1 star review.

    Fall nail design.

Excellent service, very clean environment, high quality products and beautiful nail designs. I've been going there for years for manicures, acrylic nails, gel nail polish, pedicures and waxes, and will keep going back.

I will say, the actual space for facials feels cramped as I had to weave my way around the estheticians to make my way to the bathroom prior to my appointment slot. I have been to a handful of spas throughout the valley and many membership based studios, and this setup was a tad unappealing. There are six stations located in the back studio space with each guest laying side by side which does not feel private. For the price of services offered if expect some privacy during each service. The facial itself was lovely, with the initial steps being thoroughly explained by the esthetician. At the end of service, I was recommended a few products to utilize during my home skincare routine.

A True Gem in the Biltmore Area!…read more I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Paige! From the moment I walked into her serene and beautifully curated space in the Biltmore area, I knew I was in expert hands. Her professionalism, knowledge, and warm demeanor immediately put me at ease. Professional Aesthetician/Phlebotomist. She took the time to understand my skin concerns truly and crafted a personalized treatment that left my skin glowing. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she also uses top-quality products and cutting-edge techniques that make a noticeable difference. What sets her apart is her attention to detail and genuine care for her clients. She doesn't rush, she listens, and she delivers results that speak for themselves. I've been to many aestheticians over the years, but none compare to the level of expertise and care I've received here. Great credentials: Licensed Esthetician, Licensed Phlebotomist, National Esthetician Certified, ElleePlex Profusion Lash and Brow Lamination Certified, DermaplanePro Certified, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Certified, PRP Microneedling Certified, LightStim LED Certified, Nanobrasion / Needling Certified, Microdermabrasion Certified, Chemical Peel Certified, Spa Body Works Certified, Fearless Beauties Certified, Skin Care Advocate of Impact Melanoma, Oncology Certified, and certified in Infection Control, Domestic Violence Awareness, Human Trafficking Awareness. Although she never disclosed originally, and even offered to send photos of previous clients, I later learned this was her first lip blush job. The procedure was extremely painful, the mapping shifted, and my lips healed uneven, swollen, and badly damaged. Two experienced artists confirmed how difficult the results would be to fix. Because I had an upcoming trip and was desperate, I accepted Paige's push to go to her trainer, Jill Nicholson at AZ Brow Bar, instead of the other providers I had already visited. That was another mistake. I was quoted one price for two correction sessions, then hit with unexpected extra charges at the retouch, and Paige couldn't provide proof of the payment she claimed she made. When I tried to talk to her afterward, she didn't respond, blocked me, and even changed her name on social media. Based on my experience, please choose an honest and experienced provider--lip blush is not something you want to risk.

I recently had an absolutely awesome experience and just had to yelp about it!! I've been seeing Callie most visits, and usually come in for root touchups. This time, I decided to change my hair color to a copper and am absolutely in love with how it came out! It looks really natural and the color is gorgeous!!! The salon prices are very fair, and they offer 3 different levels of stylist. The pricing will vary depending on what level stylist you choose. The salon is always bright and clean when I come in. Everyone else working is always really nice. On this visit, Destiny helped me pick out an eyebrow gel to help match my eyebrows to the new color. She was also really nice and talked to me for a bit while I was getting my hair done. I can't recommend this salon enough, especially Callie.

A few months ago, while visiting me in San Diego, my mother purchased several Cécred products from Ulta. At that time, she qualified for a free gift with purchase. Unfortunately, the store had run out of the promotional gift, but the sales associate went above and beyond by offering a substitute item. My mother was extremely grateful and left with a very positive impression of Ulta's customer service. Recently, after returning home to Phoenix, my mother needed to replenish her Cécred products and visited her local Ulta store. Expecting the same level of customer care, she was disappointed by her interaction with an employee named Laney. My mother selected her products and completed a purchase totaling $92.74. Only after the transaction was completed was she informed that the advertised free gift was unavailable. When she politely asked whether a substitute item could be offered, as had been done at another Ulta location, she was simply told "no" without any explanation. My mother then asked whether a note could be written on her receipt indicating that she had not received the promotional item so she could return if more became available. Again, she was told "no." According to my mother, Laney then walked away without further explanation or assistance. The issue is not necessarily the store policy itself. Afterward, I contacted the store and spoke with a manager who was very kind and took the time to explain the policy. My concern is the manner in which my mother was treated. If Laney was unable to address my mother's questions, she could have referred her to a manager or another associate who could have provided a clearer explanation. Instead, my mother felt dismissed and undervalued as a customer. Customer service is about more than simply enforcing policies; it is about treating customers with courtesy, respect, and empathy. Unfortunately, that was not my mother's experience during this visit. As a result of this interaction, my mother has decided she will not return to this location and plans to shop at the Ulta location on 48th Street instead. This is particularly disappointing because her previous experiences with Ulta, especially in San Diego, have been overwhelmingly positive and customer-focused. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity for improvement. Every customer, especially elderly customers, deserves to be treated with patience, respect, and professionalism. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I've gone in on separate occasions for a cut/color/blowout, a massage, brow wax, and a mani/pedi. The facility is very clean, and open, so you don't feel crowded in with the person next to you. It's professional, with an upscale "spa" feel, but also very comfortable, and not intimidating. They have 2 separate areas, one for hair, and another one in a different part of the hotel for massages, nail services, and waxing. Wynona was the girl who did my hair, brow wax, and mani/pedi. She was friendly, professional, and listened to me as to what I wanted to do for my hair. I ended up getting a trim and shape-up, and going darker with my hair, with red highlights. I got lots of compliments and couldn't be happier. The cut and color together were 100, with the cut being $40, and the color (it was a multi-process) being $60. The mani/ped were in total $65. Great job, again. The pedi area of the place has a long comfy sofa and a sink where you dip your feet in and let them soak while they scrub, and exfoliate and all that. SOOO relaxing. The wax was 20 (I think), and came out great. I can't remember the name of the girl who did my massage (I lost her card), but it was the perfect way to relax after a long week. The massage/nail area is in a different part of the hotel, which they walk you to. It's even nicer than the front area. Again with the upscale spa feel, and lots of warmly decorated rooms for the massage. There was soft music playing, and the tables were covered with fresh linens and were very comfortable. They offer you the option to shower afterwards, but I liked how my skin felt with the extra moisturization, so I declined, but she showed me the shower area. They have separate showers for men and women, and they were lovely. Nice towels, lighting, the whole bit. I would really recommend this place to anyone. It's clean, classy, with a luxurious feel, and reasonably priced considering the high-end experience you get.
