Their car washing drive thru is pretty inefficient. If you pay for a premium wash, one of the minions will have you park and they will towel dry the car which is needed. Otherwise bring your own towels and dry it yourself But yeah their washer thingy is probably the worst I have ever driven through. It doesn't get the car totally clean. Plus when I canceled my membership they charged me again even though I didn't use it ALL MONTH because I had car trouble. read more

I talked to the manager and he gave me the run around and basically said they are having system problems, he didn't even offer to help the situation. I don't know why I kept coming here after the 1st time was a bad job; but I believe in 3s so I gave them another chance. This was my 3rd time going and I paid for the platinum wash and the job done on the tires was horrible! I'm not sure why they can't do even a good job on the days they are slow which they were on this day. Looks like I will have to make the drive to a better place. While usually average to slightly above average, today was well below what I expect from a basic car wash. I purchased the basic $20 exterior wash that includes hand drying & tire shine. After the wash it took 15-20 minutes for anyone to start drying / tire shining my vehicle (& this is after I contacted a manager). The car had already dried by the time they ever touched it. The attendant was moving like pond water (zero sense of urgency) and did a half-a$$ job. No, they weren't busy or short-staffed at the time. I saw plenty of workers lollygagging. Like I said, they're usually better than this a tad. Hopefully this was a one time lapse. read more

I was nervous about going. Because I didn't want to spend $100 but I wanted my car cleaned. I would have done it myself but I had all three kids with me! Roseanne was very sweet and took the time to answer all of my questions. I got the basic $30 detail and I was actually impressed. The waiting area for me and the kids was nice and clean. They were fast and efficient. I will be back soon to have the seats and carpet deep cleaned! read more

The car wash was open and looked very new when I pulled in. I was on my way to my best friend's house and they were still out shopping so I decided to stop by and see if this car wash would be a pit stop on my way to the best friend's house. I asked to have the hand wax and interior detail done and overall they did a good job. There were still some areas that could have been cleaned a little better, but they were in hard to reach areas that even I couldn't have gotten to. As for stopping here, I think I'll stick to the one by my house that offers full-service car washes and detailing as I pay a flat monthly rate to use it as much as I want. If I was in a pinch, I would stop here and use their services again. read more

I've been to this car wash a few times. I come here for convenience. Service had been sub par. Months ago I was sold a $50 super duper special wash. I didn't even notice the difference compared to a regular wash. This time I was charged an oversized fee. I drive a Prius. How is my car oversized? I wonder what they charge a SUV or truck. They missed vacuuming 2 of my cup holders. They had 4 guys working on my car and my car was the only one there but neither one of them was able get it apparently. Never coming here again. read more

In the past I've taken my cars there to be washed and detailed but in the past year I've noticed very poor quality and typically have to clean the car myself afterwards. Today it was much worse! Foot print on my bumper where they climbed up to wipe off my truck, windows are smeared with something, none of the chrome wiped down and ended up with water spots, interior didn't look like it had been cleaned, spots on the inside windshield and glass because they didn't clean the inside glass, wheels not clean and still dirty, one tire was missed with tire shine, and water spots on the body due to poor cleaning. I had to wipe down the truck again, inside and out, and apply tire shine to the tire they did not do. In my opinion, after giving this business my money for the past few years, this is the worse carwash service. Do not waste your money! read more

Unless you want to get an hour long car wash, do not come here! It literally took 34 mins before my car even entered the wash area. I waited in the lobby thinking my car was already sitting outside waiting to be shined only to find out it hadn't even entered the wash! It was a car away from entering! I had several of my fleet trucks on there top monthly plan and after 6 months of washes they told me it was $5 dollars a wash to clean my mats. The " manager" stated all they do is whip the dash and vacuum. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. read more

We have been coming here for a few years. I do not I ow what has changed in the last 10 months. This place is horrible. We paid for platinum service and my windows were still filthy and streaked. The driver floor board was not vacuumed. The bugs were all over the outside of my car. We asked to speak to someone. All he said was what do you want me to do? I replied, re wash the car please. This place will rip you off!!! I drive a Mitsubishi Mirage and they wanted to charge me an extra $2.00 for an over-sized vehicle. When I asked the manager why he considered my compact car an SUV ( I even pulled it up on my phone so he could see it was indeed a compact car), he stated he wasn't going to argue with me the $2.00 stands because I was driving an SUV. If I didn't want to pay the extra charge I could leave. Guess what I did??? I left. There was no way I was going to pay the extra amount for a SUV when I was driving a compact (some consider my car a sub-compact) car!!! I parked my car beside a sprinkler system that sprayed pond water on it overnight, then the sun baked on the mineral deposits the next day. The car was mottled and spotted with raised deposits. The attendant saw the spots and warned me that just a regular wash probably wouldn't be enough to get the deposits off. He was right. After washing and drying the car, the worst spots were still present. He told me a hand wax *might* get off the deposits, and hand-waxed (no charge) tested a few areas off the car, but the hand waxing didn't help either. The only way to really get off the deposits would be buffing, but that can take a couple of hours (which I didn't have). I'll take the car back for that buffing when I get a chance. All the attendants at the Red Oak Carwash were very helpful and friendly; far more so than any other carwash that I've been to. read more

I got there around 6pm on 9/15/15 and they seemed very nice until I paid for it and then they back VERY rude. Rushed through with my car, didn't clean any of the windows (I paid for them and all the interior to be done) and watched them. It do it. And then when I got home I noticed a TON of scratches on the side of my bright red car. Absolutely the worst experience and I highly encourage finding a different option. read more

If they did wax the car (which I'm doubtful) they did it over tree sap and bugs. I could have gotten the same thing for the $29.99. I just am not very pleased with the $31 platinum special. In fact it would not have been a very good 19.99 special with the interior cleaning job I received. I went late in the afternoon and that was a mistake. They were obviously ready to close and did a rush job on my interior. I cleaned my console out and requested that be wiped down, didn't happen, my carpet was not completely vacuumed, the runners inside my doors still had sandy footprints, my cup holders and door handles had not been wiped down. The exterior I was pleased with but on my rear view mirrors they must have used a rag with oily cleaner on it because i had to use glass cleaner on the smudges this morning.
