In town for a work conference and the group chose this place for dinner. There were 15 in the group, one server. But the service was fantastic! Lots of food runners helped keep things moving. This is a really beautiful space as well. Hubby had the French dip and I went with a side salad and French onion soup. The French dip was really tasty (not dried out steakums like some places do), and the au jus was on point (not too salty). My salad was filled with super fresh ingredients and the chunky blue cheese dressing was really flavorful and filled with chunks of real blue cheese. I'm really surprised that this restaurant isn't rated higher. I don't think I've ever had anything from here that I didn't like. My most recent order was a chicken kebab, and the meat was so flavorful and juicy I couldn't believe it. Loved the veggies and rice as well. I find their prices to be pretty reasonable as well. This bar is nice and spacious. They offer a lot of seating compared to most bars. The food was okay to me I only had the fired pickles and Caesar salad. The fired pickles were crunchy and delicious. Whatever batter they used was perfect for them. The caesar salad was decent but they put way too much dressing on the salad. I decided to give them 4 stars because my guest really enjoyed their food and experience. They said everything was tasty and delicious. The service was good. No complaints there. My wife and I were near OU and decided to stop in for dinner. We hadn't been here in a while and I didn't remember much about the place. There are two sides to the venue. One side is all tables with several TVs scattered around. The other side is a bar with tables. The bar side was very busy, so we were seated on what I will call the quiet side! I ordered fish sandwich and my wife a margarita pizza. The fish sandwich was huge! The cod was perfectly crispy. I added tartar sauce, lettuce, tomato and cheese. Sooo good. My wife loved the pizza. She opted for the garlic crust, which really complimented the pizza. I decided to try the new Oberon Eclipse on draft and it was amazing! One of the things that really surprised me was the prices. A group of us decided to go here after a play at Meadowbrook. From the descriptions we read, we weren't quite sure what to expect, but we decided to give it a try anyhow. It was an odd time -- about 4:15 on Mothers' Day. The restaurant wasn't too crowded, and we got a nice booth in the corner. The menu is varied -- a bit of everything, really. The booth seating was awkward as the seats have wood ends on the cushions and the table top came up to my arm pits. I'm not short! Very uncomfortable. When the food came I could have literally eaten right off the plate. We ordered Italian panini and the sliders. It looked great. The sliders were big and had a few embellishments. The panini had toppings on the plate on the side. I asked for the peppers to be on the side, not everything. The taste was meh. Go here if you're looking for a place to hang for a while. Honestly what could've been a nice review is weighed down by poor service the food is ok if that's what you're curious about, but the server we had followed us out to complain about the tip left after we left 20% on a $45 bill. For a server that didn't even refill the waters or bring the drinks as they said they would, I think it was generous and didn't warrant being followed out as we were leaving to complain about us tipping more and that they aren't paid enough hourly and should be tipped more as they rely on tips.
