Lena does an excellent job with waxing. I specially go in for this. I understand that up sale is a part of business, so I just politely decline additional work. I'm respectful and embrace the fact that they are culturally different from myself. So, them speaking in foreign language is fine. I may have to be more communicative, but I welcome diversity. My Mom and I just left, and we're unhappy with our nails. We don't like to complain usually, and were just going to let it go. After looking a little closer and deciding that they were not acceptable, we went back in and they didn't want to give a refund. No one got up to help us and wanted to ignore the situation until we asked aloud, "Is there anyone who is going to help us?" They decided to give back partial amount. They were cranky when we first entered too, so it was pretty much a uncomfortable, unsatisfied 2 hour visit for $85. Won't be back. We're laughing at how bad the nails turned out. I've been here in the past and for the most part have been satisfied especially when the owner did my nails. I have been there since prior to thr pandemic and decided I needed a pedicure. I knew there would be a wait, no big deal, there were 2 ladies getting their nails done, one by a female and one by a male. The lady who was having her nails done by the male very politely asked him if he could make one of her nails thicker explaining that she's familiar with her habits and is afraid she'll break it. This jerk went off on her. How dare she complain, if she's so good at doing nails why doesn't she do her own. WHAT?! He went on and on about her telling him, with his 10 years experience, how to do his job. I couldn't believe this idiot, she's paying! If she says make them crooked, you make them crooked! There are soooooo many nail shops in the desert, don't continue enabling those that feel their service is more valuable than the money you're paying them! When a customer asks for something, you do it! Needless to say I walked out, went elsewhere for my pedicure and paid less than they were charging. read more

I had the worst experience with this nail salon. I went in with my friend and her daughter. We were waiting for 3 hours that is not an exaggeration. We originally went in for three manicures and three pedicures. They forgot my friend's hot towel for her pedicure. They put my acrylics and had me wait another 10 minutes for the rest of my nails. In the middle of my manicure the guy stepped away to wax another customer's eyebrows. They barely pulled down the price for my friend's pedicure for forgetting the hot towels. Overall it was my worst experience in a nail salon. I will never go back and would never reccomend it to anyone. read more

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!!! I got a mani and pedi done, first off the mani wasn't even considered a mani they didn't clean underneath my nails, barely filed my nails. My Gel nail polish came off the next day, went back and told them to redo only for them to tell me the gel polish came off due to my nails being to short lol yea that's a load of crap. After getting them redone 2days later they started to come off again which tells me they used cheap nail polish. My pedi was the quickest pedi I have ever had in less than 15mins. Also the polish came off of my toenails as well. Very disappointed in this place especially after paying $65. TO expensive for very poor quality work. It's not very good, in fact, it's bad and disgusting. Got the delux pedicure and regular manicure came out to $47. My husband got a regular manicure. They charged him $5 extra to "buff" his nails. Didn't even let him know about the extra cost. Whatever, most places do this so we let it slide. I still think they shouldn't be charging him extra since he doesn't even use the nail polish. Pedicure was good. Very nice. Bad part is that the lady who painted my nails didn't do so great. I got white and I asked her for only one coat (everywhere I go they apply too much and don't let it dry properly). She insisted I get two coats. Guess what, waited 20 minutes and still wasn't dry. Now it's got bubbles :/ (see photo). Also pretty gross place, there are way too many thing everywhere you look, and there was a lady filing her disgusting dry feet with a pumice stone next to me. Can you say disgusting? All the dead skin was flying everywhere. It was pretty damn gross. Also when she cleaned out the pedicure tub, she just took a sponge and wiped it down. I really like this place. Very clean... prices are good... and they do a great job AND they are quick.... at least with the nails. I hate going to other Salons and if you want a complete set, you may as well plan on sitting there a long while. Pedicures are great.. you can pick from an inexpensive one, to a deluxe and there are no hidden costs. They also give you a punch card, and after so many services you get a free eyebrow or upper lip wax. They always great you, like they've know you forever, which Is nice. read more

This place is pretty terrible. I'm 7 months pregnant and the guy was pretty rough and didn't even rub my feet durning a pedicure. Burned my nail beds with the drill trying to get my gel off then became irritated when I asked if he could just soak them off . Which is what he's supposed to do. Went in for a pedicure and the man doing my nails cut the skin on the top of my toe. I was bleeding non stop. He kept saying sorry but they really need to slow down. I know they want to service many people, but if they want to get returning customers they need to take their time. What's the point of making an appointment? They make you wait "5 minute" which is actually about an hour. I have ingrown toenails so I'm concerned with this being taken care of properly and I'm not disappointed, They will take the time and make sure your happy.
