Lincoln our server was great. He was friendly and efficient. Had our drinks to us right away and checked in to make sure everything came out ok. The food was delicious. We stopped in for a snack before going to an event. We got the perfect pesto sandwich & garlic Parmesan sandwiches with grilled chicken. The perfect pesto was so tasty. I loved the fresh basil and the chicken was cooked to perfection. We got it with a side of fries. Yummy!!! We were just visiting. Glad we stopped by. Next time we will try the carne asada fries. This was a surprising find in Rexburg. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. A great place to stop for breakfast. Little wait which is expected the food is good. Got sat down in an area everyone walked by so I know our server knew we were there. Not one person said a word or checked on us. A different couple came after us and got sat shortly after. Immediately a server greeted them and took drink order. Ordered online for pick up. The pick up time came and went we were continually assured our ordered was on the way. After over 2 hours we finally asked for our order to be cancelled, all of a sudden they found our order. It had been sitting in the back. Tried to give us a cold chicken fried steak with no sides and soggy sandwiches with floppy fries. They were very apologetic didn't charge us and gave us some cake as a concession. Our server was Annie and she said it was her 3rd day. She was super friendly and had a nice smile, was comfortable with the menu and taking our orders. The wait wasn't very long and food came right away. Food: food was ok nothing to really write about: the food was not represented well, presentation very boring but I did love my hot chocolate. There's plenty to choose from on the menu but nothing really caught my eye. I ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo, had enough sauce, the pasta cooked right but it tasted bland not very flavorful. My niece ordered chicken strips and mom ordered Fish n Chips they both looked over fried, in other words burnt! My friend ordered the Salmon, I had a small piece of it and it was seasoned very well and tasted good. The Poutine, fried pickles, I chose a salad & my husband a burger. The food came out fast. The poutine had addition cheese curds and chicken fingers so that's a plus, but they really skimmed on the gravy. In my opinion it was salty but the fries itself were delicious! The fried pickles where a little floppy but also good in their jalapeño ranch. The burger and salad came out. The Burger, according to my husband was perfect! It did look good. My salad was very unimpressive. The chicken was coated in something and the lettuce soggy. I took a bite and had to spit out this soggy, yellow thing. I took 3 minuscule bites and decided I wouldn't eat the rest. I ended up finding a bathroom because I was sick to my stomach. My overall observations; 1. Appetizers were yummy - Anything fried was Yummy. Maybe because it killed of whatever made my sick 5/10 2. Restaurant felt dirty & waitress rude. 3/10 3.
