The person that I talked to was more interested in talking about his experience than wanting to help with my bike. Love this place! Hidden gem with amazing food, great atmosphere. All the employees are super friendly and helpful. I had the Elvis for breakfast with a cappuccino which was awesome. The bacon and waffle with peanut butter and banana, it was the perfect combination. A little messy but well worth it! Great merchandise and a cute little hang out. By far one of the best, if not the best bike shop I've been (including my own). And I've been to more than I care to count. Patrick is the consummate professional handling a flood of customers on a busy Saturday. I had two short notice requests for tire upgrades and the work was perfection. The coffee and snacks up front were of similar quality. Simply perfect all around. Frankly the selection in the bike shop was stunning for as remote as we are. If I could give you zero stars I would. Stopped for 1 coffee. Ordered a vanilla latte with soy milk. Maybe 15 other customers in the building, I placed my order and stood and waited. 10 minutes go by, nothing. After 15 minutes I went stepped two feet forward to the counter and asked what was taking so long. The employee said, oh we are out of soy milk, I tried tell you but I couldn't find you. I told him I had only been standing 2 feet away. I ended up getting my money back after wasting 20 minutes in a poorly run business. read more

Stopped after a walk in cuyuna park. Looked promising on a drive-by. Serving tap beers, coffee drinks, teas, soups and sandwiches. Comfortable Open floor plan with lots of tables to gather and lounge chairs. They paid attention to detail. Garage door will open when warm weather arrives with outdoor seating. Enjoyed a homemade bowl of tasty tomato chipotle soup and a surly hell tap beer. Definitely coming back to try the sandwiches. I am certain others will agree. It's not that this place doesn't deserve a five star rating- just too early to do so. Going to Crosby area for 5 years and nothing but bar food on a 3-day weekend gets old fast. Red Raven is just what this town needed. Great craft beers on tap and many more in bottles/cans. Several wines available. Lots of non-alcoholic beverages. Good coffee and coffee drinks. The best part is that Red Raven offers an alternative to bar food. Had tuna salad on croissant, chicken Caesar wrap and grilled chicken panini. All were excellent. Service can be slow as the place can get busy at any time. Pastry selection was limited at lunch and dinner, but I suspect there are more choices earlier in the morning. Plenty of comfortable indoor seating. Nice patio but gets loud when locals drive their monster trucks up and down the street. read more
