I think you have to request for these for additional charge. I am not very picky on where I stay when I go hiking as long as it's clean. I will rate the quality of service and how smooth my transaction with the front desk and booking/ communication with this hotel 5/5. However, for the hotel itself I have to rate it 2/5 because of the missing basic appliances in the room, the room smells like stale smoke even if I asked for a non-smoking room, the shower pressure was so light it's just like dripping water, the internet signal was non- existent like I was back in the 90's, I feel like I was in the boonies because my Verizon is not getting any signal while I was inside the room, and the towels were very hard and has stains. I'm glad I brought my own towels.

She was nice and could not give a bad review after interacting with her. She told me it was her 2nd day, I'm sure she will get more good reviews fir the hotel. Turned a 1 star review into 4. I would recommend the hotel owners to look into mesh networks if there is a common issue with the wifi. In an area that has no cell coverage it is important for the hotels to have good wifi.

I've been here several times, sometimes for just a day, and a few times camping nearby. You can take the sky lift up to the natural bridge, or you can hike up. There is a short trail (1/3 of a mile) that leads to a nice overlook where you can view the natural bridge from a distance. There are birds and wildlife to observe. And it is nice to visit in different seasons. There are good restaurants and touristy places to shop in the area too.

Check in took less than a minute and we were in our sparkling clean room another minute later. The bed was so comfortable. In the morning, another smiling face greeted us warmly in the lobby. (Sorry, I forgot to ask her name!) The included breakfast was well above average and also super clean. Jennifer kept things stocked, never stopped cleaning, answered questions, and was yet another positive and friendly staff member. I don't know who hires the employees here, but they have a real knack for finding gems! Overall, this experience far exceeded expectations. Upon check-in I provided my credit card for any incidentals. Upon check-out I was told I was good to go since I've already prepaid. I get home and look at my credit card statement to see I was charged a full night instead of the incidental charge. I called the hotel and was told a new employee made a mistake and would reverse the charge. The variety was very disappointing. The lobby looks depressing not an inviting space. Was told that rooms are serviced everyday due to security don't as I have meds in the room. Called the front desk many times and busy Shannon's explanation is that when not on the front desk the portable doesn't work. Food flys in the room. Bathroom pretty dirty.
