We told the story of how the car overheated while in line at the border because the fan wasn't working. He said it was likely a fuse. He pulled the faulty fuses and sold us a box of replacements. Said we should still take it into the shop to find out why the fuses blew once we get back home. This was a lot better than my original plan of adding coolant until we could get back to US and call AAA. Wish this store was in my hometown.

I came to Hope to visit my parents and stopped by this location, they fixed the hole in 5 minutes and sent me on my way. Today, I was coming in to Hope to work a shift at my folks' restaurant and my back tire got shredded. I brought my car in the afternoon and they told me that I would get my car back the next day. I asked if there is any way to get the car back tonight since my parents moved to Chilliwack and I live in Vancouver so I'd be stranded In Hope. The team was able to get tires couriered to Hope and installed by closing time. Thanks y'all for always looking out for customers and taking care of us the best you can!

BJ's advocated for me and was able to talk AAA into covering the tow. One of the drivers, Nick, was able to get my vehicle with no problems and the whole team was super awesome throughout. My convertible top had a small tear and minor cracking on the top's trim. This is not normally something Jack does, so he called in a friend with more expertise in this area. The two of them did a wonderful job repairing the tear and even touched up the cracks around the trim edges. My convertible top is likely to last several more years now. I was a little concerned that perhaps I would be taken advantage of financially, due to a lack of experience with what things like this should cost. I'm very happy to report that was not the case with Chilliwack Auto Glass. Jack doesn't seem like the kind of person that would rip people off, or overcharge. He seems very genuine and not at all money-hungry. You will get good value, for quality work, at Chilliwack Auto Glass. Jack is very friendly and personable. They basically stole my recently deceased brothers car from his home where had lived. She said she worked there but actually SHE DOES NOT! My brother had no will and the car was part of his estate that was/is in probate that could not be sold till cleared. They said they sent letters to the register owner who.... was deceased. They could not provide any documents proving they had permission to take the car. So now after many texts,emails and calls we find out that they have now put the title in their name. To get the car back they are demanding 10,000 in fees for storage in their yard that we did not need as she took advantage of an elderly person in a very vulnerable position. Please be aware of their very unscrupulous business practices. PS Even the owner Doug refused to come out to discuss the issue with us. They still have the car....now pending a civil suit

Shelby knew I was coming from a three hour drive away to make the purchase that I saw online. The installation was about twice as long as he originally told me and he apologized many times and explained that one of his employees had been sick that day so everything was backed up, which is understandable. He wants to make sure that his customers are satisfied when they leave.

Sat for over an hour and my vehicle didn't move. All of a sudden fella brings me my keys and says it is fixed. Said it was a bit out of balance. Fixed it and said the tech took it for a drive to confirm. Magical since it didn't move from where I parked it. Missed four hours of work and didn't have time to stay longer. Drove onto the highway and the shake is still there at the same speed as before. Garbage service. Also had the oil changed. Dipstick not put all the back in. They "washed" the vehicle. Didn't ask for that, why would I, it's a tire shop. Stripes from a half done effort. First time I've done a review for bad work. I'll be putting this on other sites also.
