I was worried everywhere would be fully booked during Memorial Day weekend, but I called Uptown Massage and spoke with Dianna on Friday and had 3 appointments for 10am on Sunday! She was very helpful on the phone and accommodated all of us, which was very unexpected and greatly appreciated. I figured we would all have to be booked in back to back appointments, but she fit us all in at the same time for 90 minute standard full-body treatments. Upon arriving, we were given water and signed in, and brought back to the rooms quickly. I have had quite a few massages in my time, but I can honestly say that this was one of the best massages I've ever had. The rooms were quiet and ambient, and all 3 masseuses followed our requests to a tee! I haven't felt this rejuvenated in a long time. 90 mins went by way too quick! The person to whom I spoke was very helpful and found a time for me right away. I received good communication via text and email. I filled out the patient information sheet online. Late on the afternoon of the day before my appointment i got an voice mail from the receptionist (Emily). It said, "I'm calling about your appointment tomorrow with Kelsey. If you could give me a call back at your earliest convenience at phone number. Unfortunately Kelsey is not able to do that procedure tomorrow. Again give us a call back and I'm gonna cancel it for now it's just not something she is comfortable doing." An apology would have been nice, but was not forth coming. Why advertise services for men, if the staff is not comfortable performing the procedure. This is very unprofessional to say the least. I have never experience this kind of treatment from a professional place. My time was wasted. Oh well!

She did several quick masks and led treatment. She was nice, she really was. I get this is a hard economy and places like this are very sales heavy with extremely overpriced product.
