How have I not been in this freaking shop before?? I am kicking myself. First off the second you walk in it smells so good! Not overpowering like similar stores. It was very clean and organized and the girl working was so beyond friendly and welcoming. Every where we looked it was beautiful. The homemade soaps were made nicely and I loved the prickly pear body butter so much I had to buy it. The smallest amount goes such a long way. I also left with the prickly pear soap. I wish I could've bought more but budget and all lol I come to Sedona often and am already planning on my next visit here. read more

After buying a body butter product at closing and happy talks of "using good ingredients" with the clerk, I excitedly opened my new product and used about a dime's worth. When I got home I noticed the product has parabens as preservatives. I'm not willing to use products with parabens. My mistake for not reading before buying but I was excited about the product and - according to the staff - it had great ingredients compared to other shops. Returned today to see if I could trade it for something in the store. Not asking for a refund- just something- a bar of soap, a lotion bar, both of which are half the price of the body butter, and the manager was unwilling to work with me. Said I could buy something else at a discount. No way. Crazy customer service on a product where the markup is so high and bad ingredients are being used. Stay away from the body butter. Went in at 6:20pm. My daughter and son were wanting bath bombs and sugar scrub. The lady working there came over and told them they weren't to touch the bath bombs without a paper sheet. We didn't see any signage about it. Then, she informed us they closed at 6:30pm and stood there smiling and staring at us. Very off-putting. We left immediately without making a purchase. Why stay open if you're going to make people uncomfortable for being there. Walked back by and she had the door locked at 6:28. read more

However, that didn't stop me from wanting to do something to express how immensely impressed I am with this brand. Ever since my last visit to Sedona back in October- I've been an absolute fan! The employee who was working was very rude and did not even try to engage when asked question regarding products. Then from the back of the counter proceeded to yell at my child to use the tissue to gather the bath bombs, then when one was accidentally dropped proceeded to get the broom to clean and tell us we had to pay for it since we broke it. She was so rude there was another shopper who came up to me and stated "wow she is rude, there are no signs up stating you had to pay if you broke something" she also stated I should not pay for the item and walked out saying she would not be buying anything from a store with such rude and condescending employees. When I walked up to the counter to pay for the bombs even the one I broke I let the employee know I would be providing my experience on Yelp and that is when she called the owner, she proceeded to lie on the phone stating I was the one being rude when in fact it was the direct opposite. After getting off the phone with the owner she stated I did not need to pay for the bombs and gave me my credit card back stating she is refusing our business. Pretty outrageous behavior. It was by far one of the most unbelievably horrifying experiences I've ever had from a retailer. And for an owner not to take accountability for an employees conduct is just as shocking and tells a message on the lack of care or customer service of this business. read more

Some of the best lotion I've ever bought! I'm so glad I stopped in here. The woman working was very friendly and helpful and allowed me so safely sample a bunch of different scents. I ended up going with the Stone lotion and my boyfriend and I both love it. It smells amazing and it really opens my sinuses and makes my lungs feel great!
